Used to be so good. Ordered recently, they forgot a whole pepperoni roll in the order, didn’t give us a side of ranch for our wings, and somehow forgot the PIZZA SAUCE???? Gave us some cheesy bread instead I guess.

Definitely not the same as it used to be. The sauce does not have a good flavor and is spicy. The pizza was also burnt looking. Used to be my favorite place for NY style pizza. Will not be ordering again.

First time trying this place out, me and my coworker both ate THE CARNIVORE pizza and I have to tell you, it was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. it was a flatbread pizza the was good, the pizza wasn’t soggy like other flatbread pizza, every bite I had a mix of cheese and different types of meat, would recommend this place to everyone who likes pizza.

Ordered 2 strombolis and gyro at 9 PM. Picked it up got home one of the stromboli were ice cold!! Cheese not even melted. Neither stromboli had sauce in it we didn’t want calzones!!! To top it all off I called the place multiple times and nobody would answer the phone… wow…. will not be ordering from here ever again.

I wanted to take a minute and recall my DoorDash review of this restaurant. I initially gave a bad review and want to change it to a good one. Even though the pizza wasn’t visually appealing, it tasted absolutely delicious. We order from Gus’ a lot and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cheese burger and a regular hamburger (both were supposed to include the meat, lettus, tomato and onions), and Onion Rings, along with 2 slices of cheesecake to be delivered for a total cost of ~ $50.00 incl the tip. The burgers were nothing to cheer about, honestly not any better than a Burger King burger, just far more expensive; the meat was dry, they didn’t include any onions and the tomato slice was so small and thin it was as if there was no tomato at all. The onion rings were soggy and instead of the cheesecakes I ordered, I received 2 cupcakes. I called about the missing cheesecakes and the manager did apologize and credit the cost of the cheesecakes back to my card then told me to go ahead and keep the cupcakes for free, assuring me that the cupcakes were fabulous… unfortunately the cupcakes were definitely NOT fabulous, far from it…in fact they were terrible. They had a very “imitation” vanilla flavor that was not at all pleasant and we ended up throwing them away after the 2nd bite. They really were that bad. I’m pretty bummed to have spent that much money and didn’t enjoy anything at all from the entire order.

Called at 7:55 for a pick up order tonight and was told they were closing early and could not fulfill my request. I said I thought you closed at 9pm and Melissa said they are closing early. My first order and last. If you are going to close early change your posted hours. Thanks!

Ordered pizza and wings online around 6:30pm on a Saturday evening. Order was confirmed and continued to get updates except no food showed up. Called 2.5 hours to ask about status only to be told they had run out of dough and had shut for the night. Food randomly shows up on Tuesday evening around 5:30pm. Cold pizza, cold wings, forgot the ranch. Got charged the full amount including tip. I can’t stop laughing.
