The pizza is pretty decent–nothing spectacular, but good. However, no force on this earth would get me to order from them again. I ordered from them the evening of March 2nd. Soon after placing the order we got a phone call letting us know they didn’t have anyone to deliver it and I requested they cancel the order instead since I didn’t want to pick it up (which was the whole point of having it delivered). I was advised that processing the refund could take 10 business days.

The food is good. But don’t order from here. You will be shorted items and if you get more than 10 wing they will be boneless regardless of what you ordered and paid for. Everything I’ve had here (except mozzarella sticks) has been good. But I’ve been disappointed several times over the last few years from incorrect/missing items. This sometimes happens elsewhere but it’s stand operating practice here. I gave them another shot yesterday and had missing wings so gave them their last shot today and they were boneless. Not what I ordered an paid for. I won’t be back.

I ordered a pizza online, an hour later it said it had been delivered. When I called to find out where it was, the guy said he’d cancelled the order because he didn’t have a driver. I didn’t receive any notification or receive a phone call to let me know. Then the pizza guy just hung up on me….

Ordered pizza for NO CONTACT delivery and left detailed instructions on where to drop the pizza as I was working. I even spoke with a girl on the phone and told her that the pizza had to be given to the security guard at the front door. The driver didn’t read the directions and left with my pizza, it showed up ice cold and wrong!!! I ordered pepperoni with jalapeños and mushrooms and it didn’t have any pepperoni! Had the worst customer service experience with Vicky “the manager” on duty. She hung up on me when I was asking her where my pizza was and if I could get a refund and when I called back she said she was too busy to help me and hung up on me AGAIN! All I was looking for was dinner after working 12hrs straight. If you’re starving still don’t eat here it isn’t worth it!!!! Stay as far away from this establishment as possible!

I just ordered a pizza here and got the completely wrong order and they charged me for sauce that I never received. After trying to talk to the manager about it I was hung up on immediately after trying to explain the situation after being hung up on several times. This place is not worth your money and you should never waste your time trying to get any food here.
