We were in town for a family wedding when my wife suggested, “How about getting a Gullivers pizza?” I immediately knew, again, that I married the right woman! Our hearts broke last year when we heard about the closing of the Chicago location that we’ve been going to since the late 70’s. But we felt better when we found out that there is still one more Gullivers pizza owned by the same family out in Oakbrook Terrace. Well, yesterday, we found out their deep dish pizza is still as delicious as the original. What a treat! I ordered it for carryout and found out that they also did curbside pickup, so that makes it even easier. The pizza was delicious! Our daughter begged us to save her some, so I ordered the extra large sausage and mushroom, and everyone was happy. If you get a chance to try this iconic Chicago deep dish, jump at it! The restaurant looked really nice on the outside, and the congenial owner actually brought out the pizza, and we talked for a little while. The next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be stopping in for dinner and checking out their other fares. Hope you do too.

Took the family (party of seven) here for Mother’s Day and had a great experience. When the original table they gave us wasn’t quite right for us, they happily moved us to a previously closed one in a better spot. The Chicago style pizza is fantastic, and the kids loved their thin crust, so everyone was very happy. Everything was clean, parking was easy, and the service was perfect. A superb outing for us, and I highly recommend it for you, too.

Great service!!! Do not remember our servers name unfortunately BUT he was very attentive and always asking if we were fine if we needed anything. Absolutely felt great amazing customer service . And the food was great stuffed crust deep dish pizza was so great! First time trying it and it did not disappoint . Also got the fettuccine Alfredo pasta and it was incredible. Highly recommend.

We had a large party of 20 and I had called a few times with questions and pre ordered our food. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful before we came and Dawn our server was excellent and Soo attentive to our group. Wonderful service all around . We will be back.
