Let me tell you something. I could have sucked on a cinnamon stick and had more flavor then any food we ordered here.
Nothing was seasoned. I ordered the Burrito Supreme. The only supreme thing about it was how supremely disappointing it was. On the menu it said “filled with your favorite fillings”. Nope. It was just this soggy cheap walmart tortilla filled with this tasteless pulled chicken which they surrounded it with the “fillings” on the plate. Nothing tasted good. I also ordered chicken and the server wrote down beef. I know I said chicken and my wife agreed I said it. A beef “burrito” came out and I said I ordered the chicken. The server flipped back in his notepad and showed me “beef”. I had to then correct him again after him insisting I said beef.
Places like just reinforce the fact that I should just stay home and cook things myself.
Also the lighting reminded of a surgical room.

The overall food taste was average. The appetizers were not very flavorful, and the entrées were below average. The only standout dish was the Shrimp Fajitas, which we enjoyed. The Chicken Nachos were served cold, and we had to ask for them to be reheated. Margaritas were better than the food. Service was decent, though not excellent.

The service was great but the food was just so-so. Refried beans were bland, rice was good. The salsa was very sweet and it was just okay. I got a Mango Margarita and it was way too sweet too. Most likely won’t go back because the food isn’t that good.

What a great Mexican restaurant. Good was fantastic and the staff is very friendly. Our server Daniel was very accommodating and very nice. Plates were big portions, fajitas Texanas were outstanding. Their salsa was delicious! Oh and the Mango margarita was really good!

We are Snowbirds that read about the Guadalajara Winter Specials in February. When we arrived, not too many people were there and it was close to noon. That should have been our first clue. We were immediately seated to our delight. It was very clean and orderly. It even smelled clean. I noticed that most if the patrons were older people. We figured they were trying the Specials too.
We ordered the Special of the day (1 chicken & 1 beef Taco) & a side of refried beans. The price of $2.25 per taco was amazing. However, neither the beef nor chicken taco had ANY flavor and neither did the refried beans. The complimentary chips were standard & the salsa was just ok (it tasted too much like canned tomatoe sauce). I mean, how can you screw up tacos? We love their Specual prices. But dag, give the food some flavor folks!!

I showed up waited a little bit after they told me to come and be there in 15 minutes. I waited another additional 15 minutes then the food was undercooked. I originally left the restaurant with my order. I get a phone call that they forgot my fajitas. Well, I guess somebody forgot to call them and tell them to cook it Because it was terrible. You go out on Friday night because you don’t wanna have to cook well now to save the food I have to re-cook it absolutely terrible. The food had no flavor. It was oily grease just disgusting very disappointed as this was a restaurant that I would refer to people before But like everything else nowadays it’s gone downhill. I put the burrito
