The Photos are not true. 1st we saw on his page, second what we got not recommended. The meat is not chewable. No guacamole inside. The shrimp just boiled, not grilled, like on photo. For 23$ its very bad

Violent spicy chipotle shrimp with rice. Fresh, succulent shrimp in a great environment with benches.

We ordered quesadillas and burritos at Guadalajara Grill Hawaii during our visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center. They had vegetarian options in the menu to choose from. The food was delicious and made perfectly to our customizations. Salsas were fresh and yummy. They accepted cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Wallet. We choose the famous mexican drink Jarritos from the drink selection. Plenty of seating and tables are available just at the back of this food truck. The staff was very courteous and smiling.

Good food, friendly service, cool location!! Been here twice while on our stay at the North shore area. First time every thing was great tasting food. Wifey had the red Ryder Burrito, I had the chimichanga all were good maybe a little longer in the fryer for the chimi. Second time not so much! Well food way good wifey had the same… I changed it up and had a shredded beef burrito. But don’t know if you can call it a burrito or a quesadilla it was soooooo thin. The rice and beans. where they running out and had to portion control them???? At that price it should be over flowing the compartment. Come on it beans and rice the cheapest thing to serve. Ok should have complained but did check it out until we got back to the hotel. All in all the food was actually tasty!! Check out my pics!!!

We missed good mexican food while we were on our trip to Hawaii and is we stopped by on our way back to our house. We were surprised to find super friendly staff, along with amazing shredded beef toquitos. It was served with rice and beans and it was amazing! We were thrilled to have found a spot so close to our house to visit every now and again before our trip was up.

I’ve eaten here twice and enjoyed it both times. I’ll come again. The ambiance of thr Polynesian Cultural Center is a significant bonus.

I loved the chimichanga but the fish taco wasn’t great. It was more like a nice piece of fish on a plate of a corn tortilla. You couldn’t eat it with your hand. I prefer chunks of fish with delicious but not overloaded toppings. Don’t get me wrong, toppings were fresh but they smothered the taco. Tacos shouldn’t be eaten with a fork and knife.

Chips and salsa were great. Very generous portion of salsa. Thanks.

Had lunch here as a quick option before spending the day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. It’s part of the market area before the entrance which has a few other options to check out.

The menu was labeled with what was vegetarian and gluten free so if you have those diets (which we did in our party) you go in knowing they are conscious of these things and you will be able to eat something.

I had the Veggie Burrito which was hearty and good…I generally prefer pinto or refried beans, but neither of those are vegetarian here so had it with black beans. I was quite filled when it was done done and thought this had a nice authentic flavor to it.

The person who took our order seemed awfully unhappy to be there which is not typical of Hawaii and bummed us out a little.

This is a good quick stop (well it was quick for us…a bit a line developed after we ordered) before heading into the center for the day. There’s plenty of seating behind the truck too.

I had fish tacos and mr had beef tacos as they run out of shrimps. But the quality of the food are decent. Look at the size of that fish taco I think their tortillas are homemade!

Pretty good Mexican food; better than you might expect at a Polynesian theme park, I guess. Carnitas was a bit salty and the shrimp tasted fishy/old under all the spice but overall, not bad. Food truck with plenty of outside tables.
