We catered from Guacado Mexican Grill last night for our staff and volunteer appreciation dinner (about 100 people), and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. We wanted to do make it yourself Mexican bowls and they did not disappoint! They were so accommodating and easy to coordinate with from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free.
They provided so much food — everyone was more than satisfied, and we even had leftovers! Most importantly, the food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, and our entire team kept talking about how good it was. They also gave us delicious churros for dessert!
Highly recommend Guacado Mexican Grill for any event or catering needs. We’ll definitely be using them again!

I recently went here with a large group and left very satisfied. We got a little bit of everything but the bowls and tacos were exceptional. Service was fast and staff was extremely patient especially with our poor spanish . The prices are pretty reasonable and they don’t skimp out on the meat like Chipotle.

I haven’t eaten here in person. Only delivery. I ate what was leftover of my boyfriend’s birria tacos and bowl that he had ordered. It was really good. So I ordered again myself the next day via doordash: 2 hardshell shrimp tacos , chips and guac on the side.
I was halfway through the first taco when I stopped eating the piece of shrimp I was eating to examine it and realized the shrimp was raw on the inside I broke open every shrimp that was left and they were ALL raw. Praying to God that I don’t end up I’ll from the shrimp I already ingested. I’ll be hesitant to ever give eating from there a chance again bc I’m just so mortified…it’s a shame bc the initial food I had was good.

I was super excited to hear that a halal Mexican restaurant was opening on Main St and had to try it. It did not disappoint! The food was so flavorful and delicious. I haven’t had Tacos this good for years. The beef Birria Tacos were my favorite and it’s the first thing you should experience. The salad and burrito bowl were also delicious. I highly recommend this place and it’s different worth the drive.

So happy to have finally found a halal Mexican spot in North Jersey, and Guacado Mexican Grill does not disappoint! The food here is absolutely amazing — packed with flavor and made with care. We tried the bowl with honey chipotle chicken and it was a total standout. The chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and they don’t skimp on the protein either, which is a huge plus.
The tacos were phenomenal — fresh ingredients, great texture, and just the right balance of spice and flavor. Everything tasted authentic with a creative twist, and you can tell they really care about quality.
On top of the food, the service was excellent — friendly, quick, and welcoming. The space was also super clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better.
We’ll definitely be coming back. North Jersey needed a place like this and Guacado delivers in every way. Highly recommend!

Overall good halal authentic Mexican fast food. Generous portions with customizable menu with many options of meat choices and toppings. It is open late … quick fast food! The place is clean and decent like fast food restaurant.

New cafe on Main Street, Mexican cuisine halal, you make your own dish from the ingredients you like. We really liked everything we ordered, birria tacos and bowl, fresh ingredients, original sauces, I really liked the lemon one. Also, the churros are very tasty, crispy with caramel filling inside. From drinks there is Mexican soda, different flavors. Polite service. The only problem is finding parking, you will have to look for a parking place here. I highly recommend this cafe
