Good when they want to be which is usually not always.

When you order online they always make your food last even if you ordered it twenty minutes before the person who walked in as you parked. So you wait until they’re done with every walk-in customer before you.

Hit or miss on how good your burritos are here.

I dont recommend ordering through any online service. They took off the guac on it just to charge extra for “extra guac” and they dont even add the extra to it.

My burrito today was so disappointing it felt like I was just eating the tortilla. It was skinny as hell like the ingredients were coming out of the employee’s paycheck. It was so skinny the guy folded it twice. I’m not kidding.

If I wanted to have a whole mouthful of dry tortilla I would just eat it from my fridge uncooked.

Order in person. Thats my advice.

We had a takeaway from here last night, we came around midnight hoping to have a quiet experience but the place was packed. Their food is amazing, their taste in music even better. It was one of the few joints around that area that’s open at those hours. Their portions are also pretty decent for the price that comes with it.

I always loved the Guac Time location in Norwalk and especially after they were very accommodating on still honoring my order after I was unable to pick it up due to a snowstorm. Their food is always top notch and they give great portion sizes. Prices are also more reasonable than other spots so this is definitely my go to spot! ☺️

The aesthetics were good. The food was alright. The restaurant had a nice interior design. However, the customer service was not too good. The little lady behind the counter with the glasses, barely responds or answered me and did not leave me feeling welcomed at all.

Again the food was alright. (if I could, I would give it a 3.75 out of five but Google doesn’t allow that.) The Birria tacos/Consomé didn’t have a lot of flavor, although the burrito bowl on the other hand, honey chipotle chicken and jerk chicken was pretty good.

Went in and was welcomed warmly and promptly. Fast and efficient service!!! Big portions that rival old school chipotle!! Will be coming back soon!

I decided to try Guac Time on Connecticut Ave in Norwalk, CT, and I will never return. I rarely order out or eat at restaurants these days due to poor customer service, which I experienced today, as well as the lack of care in food preparation.

I ordered a bowl, and during checkout, the card scanner wouldn’t accept my card, which was frustrating. However, since I have experience in IT, I understand that these issues can happen. After the scanner finally captured my card information, the woman serving me left without asking if I wanted a receipt or displaying any hospitality by saying have a good day or thanking me for my business—nothing. I was left standing there until she turned around and said, “You are all set.”

I replied, “No, I would like a receipt.” With a hint of hostility, she responded, “Oh, you want a receipt?” She printed it, and I thanked her and wished her a good day, but she did not respond.

When I got back to my desk and started eating the food (which was lukewarm), I bit into something that nearly broke my tooth—it was hard plastic! Now that I’m back in Stamford, I have no intention of returning to Norwalk. This experience reinforces why I prefer not to order out or dine at restaurants; I much prefer to prepare my own meals at home. Moving forward, I will continue to find recipes on YouTube to cook for myself!

This new Mexican restaurant in town offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed their delicious tacos and the excellent chicken bowl. The mango salsa added a delightful touch. The fact that they use halal chicken is a definite plus. The only downside was the slightly limited portion of chicken. Overall, it’s a must-visit for a flavorful Mexican dining experience.

I come here almost every day, they basically memorized my order at this point. I love this place so much with the amount of love they have for their customers. Rejita, Koby and Jatin (I might’ve spelled them wrong, I apologize) are amazing employees and are always happy to see me.
