First stop on a trip west. The food was flavorful and fresh. The pho broth was on point. The service was excellent and our server paid great attention to detail. The homemade sourdough chocolate chip cookies were a delicious end to a great meal. Glad we stopped in for lunch. Give Grub Fusion Diner a try!

I’ve only been here once because my coworkers say it’s the best pho they’ve had. The pho was good but I wouldn’t say it’s the best I had. I think they overput the green onions and cilantro. Just my opinion. It takes over the flavor of the broth, but it’s still good. The thai tea was delicious and the eggrolls were very good. The spring rolls were my favorite ! Coming back to try their other menu items!

Very small town with a SERIOUSLY ahead-of-the-times establishment.
I am still sorting through the concept of it all.
Is this American food with a touch of the foreign, or a foreign flavor with a splash of America to keep us comfortable with the menu?
Either way, I am absolutely hooked and loving it.
I personally choose the Chicago Hotdog, as it is a staple in my world.
Yet I have never had a Chicago Hotdog like this.
And I will RETURN for the experience again.

Absolutely fantastic Vietnamese fusion food at a great value. All of my dishes were so delicious. I had the fusion pork belly sandwich, which was an amazing take on a classic banh mi sandwich. The pork belly was crispy and tasty. The sauce on the sandwich was great. The veggies were fresh. I also had the egg rolls, which were some of the best I’ve had. The cheese curds were also gooey goodness with a fantastic breading, and were reasonably priced. The sandwich, cheese curds, and egg rolls were under $20. Very reasonably priced. The food came quick. The staff is awesome.

Love this place, they have a great place and super friendly service. I love the Steak Bahn Mi there, I’ve gone back twice for it now and can’t complain. We will be making a point to come back and try everything on the menu!
