The food is always great! We’ve gone here often as it’s one of the only local food spots.
BUT they just barely started Auto including a 15% tip on all to go orders. They don’t mention anything prior to you checking out they just add it to your total.
I get that a business wants to make as much money as they can, but in this economy auto adding a tip on EVERY single to go order, rubs me a little the wrong way.

The burgers here were pretty good. I can not say the same for the shake I got. It was the biggest size they had, but it was tiny and tasted funny.

Yummy grilled cheese, and chicken tenders, crunchy French fries, and onion rings and tater tots. Yummy PB shake and Oreo Shake. They had very yummy ranch, and fry sauce! There’s about 6 booths a few tables inside then they had a lot of tables outside. The girl taking our order was super friendly and the food came out fast, thank you!

Used to come here when I was a kid. Pretty much the same appearance minus some arcade games and a coal burning stove. Food was delicious and not to greasy. Booth was just a little bit dirty on the seats from a previous customer. Definitely going back if I back to Ferron in the near future.

I grew up loving this place. It has new management and ever sense it has changed everything about it. The food is lower quality, they raised the prices and the staff does not seem like they want to be there or take your order. We went in yesterday 45 min before closing. 2 of the staff were out back smoking and chatting, we went in to order because they NEVER answer the phone. We were told it would be a wait, we said thats fine. A minute later the young man came back over and said they cant take our order because they were too busy. We drove by going to the store 20 minutes later with still 15-20 minutes before closing and it was empty. Unfortunately the staff acting like this is not a one time incident, its common to be waiting at the counter to be helped for a long while, to not get an answer when calling, or to be told they are closing in 30 minutes and annoyed you are there even when its just ice cream you order.

A little slice of small town nostalgia. My family has been coming here since before I was born, and I’ve never been disappointed in my many returns. The kind staff have been working there for years and will take care of you like family. Food wise, the experience is wonderful. The food might take a while to get there, but that’s because they use all fresh ingredients and make everything only after your order. The simple patty melt and hamburger my wife and I got were delicious, better than anything you could get at a fast food place. To top it off, the oreo milkshake was the best my wife has ever had. Her judgement isn’t clouded by childhood preconceptions, so that’s saying something. Now that I’ve got her hooked, we’ll be back for generations to come.

I use to love this place. But not no more. I ordered a beef taco, I got a hamburger taco with no seasoning and big chunk of hamburger. Come on really. People won’t complain about alot of bacon on their burgers but if you can’t taste the burger that’s too much. And my daughter ordered crinkle cut fries and got shoestring. That was no worth 30 dollars I paid. I will never go back. I will go to castle dale or price then go back.

It’s a hole-in-the-wall burger joint with a cook and a server. If you want your food sooner than 15 min, you’re in the wrong place. Service was great and friendly! My man even said “you’re still here (in driveThru) even after this wait?” We were forewarned. It was recommended and we loved it.

We go hunting every year in the area a d have to have their fried chicken and fries. They were very busy, so it did take awhile to get our food, but it was worth the wait.
