Ultra nice restaurant with both indoor and outdoor options. Some evenings they will even have live music but this is the best place to go to detox from some wine tasting. The bar staff owner or spectacular and very flexible and the portions are good. This is not an obnoxious wine crowd but a mix of tourists and locals. Located just off of the Main Street in Murphy’s California there are many other options for shopping and other things after eating.

Excellent breakfast and great service. When we visited on a Friday morning just after 8 we were the only ones there. Omletes, potato pancakes, french toast and Belgian waffles are all delicious and worth getting. Cost is reasonable. Small, shaded patio is secluded in a courtyard away from the street with fans to beat the summer heat. Our server was friendly and efficient without hovering.

I’m going to put this in as my favorite spot in Murpys. Drinks and food were on point, and the value is there, unlike a couple of other spots. The name faked me out, I thought it was just a small coffee shop but they have a fantastic dinner menu, and brunch as well.
Staff were all very friendly, but I do think they try to push certain dishes based on turnover as I overheard someone talking about how many dishes they sold.
Plenty of elbow room in the back for larger parties. They accommodated us on a Saturday night with no problem.

Food, Service, Atmosphere, = A+++. We ate at the small bar and had an awesome time. Great seats to listen to late night Karaoke across the street and enjoy our calamari and filet minion. Perfect mixed drinks from Toni, super time thanks. We will be back tomorrow for sure.

This place was by far one of the worst dining experiences I have had. First off, the table and booth were filthy; covered in food/ crumbs from the previous party. The service was awful. We waited close to an hour before our order was even taken. Waitress was extremely rude and never came to check in during the entire time.No refills on drinks or anything. Food was mediocre- overpriced as hell. On top of all of this, a gratuity tip was added to our bill. Not exactly sure what I’m tipping for…. when no service was even given. Take your business elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Grounds Restaurant and Bar, especially sitting outside on the terrace. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were outstanding. It’s a great spot in Murphys with super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This upscale eatery is sandwiched between Victoria Inn and shops. Cute alleyway and outdoor seating as well as indoor. We had the Bruschetta and Mussels for appetizers. Decent wine list featuring local vintners. Service was good.

Table was dirty and had water spilled on it that was never cleaned up when we sat down. It was almost like someone else had been sitting there and the waitress didn’t reset the table. People in the table next to us waited 45 minutes for their food. Food was OK, atmosphere was great!
