As this is the second day in the row I ordered as of yesterday this time two salads with extra toppings it was too salty for my family to enjoy the ranch as well. The portion size was good though and staff friendly. Spent almost $70-$80 there within two days.

I experienced subpar service from the customer service team. Their demeanor suggested they were disinclined to assist with the specific product color requested. Unfortunately, the sauce options provided did not meet our expectations. Upon calling back to escalate the issue, I requested to speak with a manager but was informed they were unavailable. The team member offered to take a message, which I declined, opting instead to call back to ensure the matter was addressed. Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive a callback from management.

I made a mistake today and ordered 3 salads and I was upset, and disappointed with everything. Each salad seems to have a whole head of lettuce and little to no toppings. I paid for extra for cucumbers, tomatoes, and cracker and received 2 pcs of crackers for 3 salads, not to mention one of the salads was a chicken salad plate. Please be careful when ordering and definitely check your order before you leave.

Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Sandwich was melted more than normal. No One came around to check on me at the table. Not to mention the lady who did bring the sandwich just dropped on the table took off very rude like.

Walking into the Deli everything looks fine. No Order Board to see what they have to offer for food. You need to get a menu to order. Decided to eat at Groucho’s and told the cashier, after sitting down at a table I realized that it hadn’t been washed/cleaned. Glanced around and many dirt tables around. 3 women standing behind the counter, 2 playing on their phones. I mentioned that my table was dirty and the 2 playing on there phones just smiled at each other and did nothing but go back to their phones. The cashier went and cleaned a table but it wasn’t Mine ! Asked for food to go I’m not Sitting at Dirty Tables and have NO INTENTIONS OF EVER GOING TO GROUCH’S DELI in Orangeburg South Carolina AGAIN !

Chili was so-so. Crackers were stale. Fountain drink was awful. They forgot 2 salads on our order. Sandwich was barely filled. Won’t go back

The food is good. I enjoyed the sandwich. I don’t know if it was new staff who didn’t understand the ordering system or staff who didn’t care much for the interruption of customers wanting to order food. In either instance, the staff did not make you feel welcome and was inattentive even when they’re taking your order at the counter. I’ll go back, but it won’t be anytime soon.
