Atmosphere was fine immediately seated. Staff was rude. Our waitress didn’t even say hello, just can i start you with a drink? We ordered breakfast. I got the western omlette that comes with toast, home fries and the omlette. My spouse the 2 2 2 with scrambled eggs, chocolate chip pancakes and bacon.
Pancakes were ok, not nearly enough chocolate chips for the 2 dollar up charge. First bite of his scrambled eggs he found egg shells.
My toast was smeared in margarine- not butter. By the time we left it still wasn’t melted. I took one bite. The home fries were gross. Unseasoned with an odd flavor. Ate 2. My western omelet was delicious. Filled with toppings, super cheesy. 3 bites in- egg shell. Waitress stopped in 1x 15 min or so after our food was delivered My spouse was done eating his pancakes. All he was willing to eat as it was all gross.
We advised her of the egg shells. 20% off the bill after first being asked to show her the egg shell. It was small. I had already been chewing and my spouse as well. I had a grand total of 6 bites of my meal.
Went to the front where you pay, and asked for help..the hostess asked me why I didn’t send it back. 1. The waitress took so long to check on us that my spouse was done eating. 2. Both egg dishes had egg shell- that’s 0/2 in my book for wins. 3. I didn’t have the desire to communicate with the stabdoffish waitress.
I flat out had to say I wasn’t paying for a meal that was inedible.
I’m not a rude person. This was actually a bad experience. No apologies, no offer to remake it. Nothing.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. Down to earth and unpretentious. Large portions of terrific food from their huge and varied menu. I go out of my way to eat here whenever I can. Never disappointed. I’ve recommended it to family and friends and they have all thanked me heartily for it.

1st time there. Was greeted immediately by a very nice woman who seated me right away. I was asked if I’d like coffee as well. The place was very clean and appears that being close to the Sub base supplies them with our soldiers as well which was nice to see. Food came out pretty quick. I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon (crispy), home fries, and dble english. They did not disappoint. Good food portions, I did ask for the home fries to be crispy but they didn’t get that part right. They were still good thou. I’d come back for sure. Total was 20.37

Fantastic place! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Neat little diner that made me feel at home. They also had Backstreet Boys on the radio. Would highly recommend! 🙂

Nice local family restaurant, good food and fast friendly service. We had breakfast to go in takeout as we were meeting with someone who couldn’t come in person. Although we took ours to go, the staff did a really good job with our orders. I’d suggest stopping in and giving them a visit.

The Food here is fantastic. Great portions. Everything Fresh and made to perfection. Love the Chicken parm has lots of noodles with it I would absolutely recommend Garlic bread with it to Dip into the sauce. The Desert get one of the Cakes do not leave without trying it trust me.

It has become a tradition that at some point in Labor Day weekend, two friends and I will have a meal here! Today two of us made it in there. We were celebrating my friend Laurie’s birthday. It was ironic that the same server that we had today is the one we’ve had the last 2 years when we come in for her birthday. Ida does a great job. I told her how I had a family member with the same name. She was very personable,very helpful, considerate and attentive.
Laurie had the Chicken California which she enjoyed so much, from the first bite. I had the chicken and shrimp stir fry which was fantastic. My chicken noodle soup to start with was bringing me back memories of the soup my grandmother used to make for me.
We ended with the Pina colada cake for Laurie and I had the Boston cream pie. They both were tasty and a joy to eat!
Show people from a retired regional customer service manager who understands customer service, I can really recommend coming here and enjoying a meal with loved ones. I think you will be pleased!
