Conveniently located in the main Base Lodge, Grizzly’s is open for lunch, dinner and take out Friday through Sunday, all summer long. Enjoy the food summer menu or a cold beverage out on the deck with one of the best views of the mountain. Keep and eye on your kids as they lap through the Bike Park, or kick up your feet after hiking or taking a Scenic Lift Ride. Grizzly’s is open late for concerts and events this summer too, so be sure to swing through at the next event for show specials and new menu items. It’s the bar at the base, baby!

This was the first time coming into the place and I’m sure there will be many more visits.
They had some fun seasonal drinks- but I opted for my go-to skinny margarita and it came in a fun cactus glass. I’m a sucker for the little things.
The table shared a quesadilla, which was nicely stuffed with chicken. That alone means this place gets a thumbs up.
We were seated outside – even though usually that’s reserved for folks eating a full dinner. I’m grateful they were willing to be accommodating. The staff was friendly, and from my seat, I had a nice slice of a view of the mountain – which made my heart happy.
This place is feeling like a solid option for pub basics and I was excited to see some specials for Monday / Tuesdays that I will definitely check out.

Inviting bar/restaurant at the base of Stratton Mountain with a lively atmosphere and great bar food. The buffalo wings are spicy and delicious, but the beef chili is what really won me over. Nothing like a beer and a bowl of chili after taking some hard laps! Live music is also a big highlight! Large windows allow for great light, but the sun can be annoying depending where you’re facing.

Best place for an after skiing party -Saturday evenings at Stratton always end with a good Band and great drinks at Grizzly’s – Mark the host is the best. Brittney one the many great servers always keeps the drinks flowing with a smile.. We love it.

If you’re at Stratton Mountain, I highly recommend stopping by Grizzly’s. With a large food and drink selection, there’s something for everyone. Located on the second floor of the baselodge, Grizzly’s has the best view of the mountain. With live music every Saturday, amazing staff, and a lively atmosphere, Grizzly’s is the place to be.

our server DAVID was awful and refused to get us new drinks. I think he should be fired because he was very disrespectful and ruined the atmosphere for us. Everytime he came to our table david looked angry and annoyed. The food was great and everyone else around was kind and welcoming besides him. My friends and I were baffled by the disrespect.

We wanted to grab some bites and a Cocktial after skiing. This place is what you’d expect. Typical pub menu, but done well. The pork nachos had a great BBQ sauce on it, and the aoli sauce really hit the spot. My burger however left a lot to be desired.
The staff is friendly, and helpful, it just happened to be very busy when we came (on a Monday?!?) maybe they weren’t ready for it.
The atmosphere is very social, great music in the background, as you watch the last few skiers and riders finish the day.
