Been a New Mexico native for 42 years and I thought I have had the best huevos rancheros. I was wrong, The Grinder Mill has the best Huevos Rancheros I have ever had in my life. I had red and green chile and they were nice and hot with lots of flavor! Staff were amazing and attentive and the atmosphere was great. If I lived in Silver City I would be a regular here.

We came through to see the Gila National Park and to do some flyfishing…we came across this gem. They made the most delicious huevo rancheros I’ve ever had. Yummo! Friendly staff, we will be back on our next drive through. Thanks beautiful ladies!
