So disappointed! I honestly can’t rate the food because we never got served. Walked at 9:30pm because of the great reviews. There was a guy behind the counter. He did not acknowledge us at all. Head stayed in the phone. We were reviewing the menu for about -5mins still no acknowledgment. Upon listening we heard that he was watching porn. Volume was up and we stood listening for a while to see if we would be acknowledged but nothing. Eventually we walked out. Customer Service is definitely zero stars for me. Do better guys!

Although placed right opposite their chain competition, I chose to support local. And I was not disappointed. The taste of the burger I ordered, waffle fries and the chicken fingers for my kid were excellent. The burgers are customizable and hence it works perfectly. They were accommodating to asking for extra ketchup and trays. Overall an enjoyable experience and definitely recommended.

Absolutely LOVE ordering from here. Has quickly become a favourite of my parents and I. For the same price as a McDonald’s (or Burger King in the future) you can get a fresh, grilled, dressed burger, and awesome hand cut fries. I’m more of a chicken lover, and their chicken sandwich is equally as great! You can also add peameal to your sandwich/burger, YES PLEASE!! Can’t comment much on the service as I usually order for takeout, but the staff are always friendly when arriving for pickup. My only complaint, which I don’t hold against the business, is the parking, as the lot is super small. Love to see a family-run chain thriving in town!

Very busy location but the food was awesome! The burger was loaded with flavour my only complaint would be the bun is way too oversized for the pattie. But it’s a good bun it’s not one of those that gets soggy or falls apart. The poutine was massive! Great tasting but they need to keep the gravy hot because it didn’t even melt the cheese curds it was like warm at best . Over all great meal with some minor setbacks. Would definitely repeat

I recently visited restaurant and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. I ordered a poutine, expecting a classic dish, but what I received was more like gravy soup. They drowned the fries in so much gravy that it turned into a soggy mess. Not only that, but the gravy was overwhelmingly way too salty, making it almost inedible.
When I politely asked if they could either add more fries or remake the dish, I was told that the portion was standard and that’s just the way they make it. They made no effort to do anything about it or improve my experience.
So I went back to dump
The last inedible third of my gravy stew in the garbage.
Overall -10/10
