We started with ordering the bruschetta trio, so delicious. For pizza, we went with the hot honey pepperoni (SO good — the sweet heat is perfect) and one of the house favorites topped with sausage and meatballs. Both pizzas were cooked perfectly with that classic coal-fired flavor.
Another bonus: sign up for their rewards program, it’s actually worth it. You get a free appetizer on your first visit, a free pizza on your birthday, and you earn reward dollars for every amount you spend.
Great food, great atmosphere, and perks that make you want to come back. We’ll definitely be returning
I originally made a reservation for 30 guests, and a manager kindly helped increase it to 45, which I truly appreciated. However, after being transferred to the events reservation coordinator, the tone changed completely. The interaction felt unfriendly, and it seemed as if they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service.
From the moment we arrived, the attention and organization were poor. The staff was not welcoming (with the exception of the initial manager). Only one person was assigned to serve drinks for 45 guests, tables were never cleared, and our group had to clean the tables ourselves just to avoid eating surrounded by trash.
The most upsetting moment occurred when Manager Tatiana yelled at my mother, a woman nearly 80 years old. Telling her she needed to leave, even though we had only used the room for two hours and had the right to three hours. I was also told that we had violated their “codes,” which was shocking because we did absolutely nothing inappropriate. We were simply trying to manage and attend to the group of children when staff support was lacking.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and stressful on what should have been a joyful celebration for my daughter. I cannot recommend this location for events or large groups.
If you’re a fan of authentic, high-quality pizza, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is a must-visit. Their menu offers a great selection of unique and interesting pizzas at fantastic prices. But what truly sets them apart is their crust—it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! Light, crispy, and perfectly baked, it provides the ideal base for their flavorful toppings.
We ordered the arugula, prosciutto, and Parmesan pizza, which was absolutely delicious. While it was a bit salty, that was expected given our choice of a salty cheese and cured meat. The flavors balanced beautifully, and every bite was satisfying.
With its inviting atmosphere, top-notch ingredients, and unbeatable crust, Grimaldi’s delivers a pizza experience that’s worth coming back for. Highly recommend!
