The food, service and atmosphere here is great. The pizza is one of my favorites anywhere. The Don is our go-to. The cheesecakes there are always made in house.

Always our favorite place to go when we’re craving pizza. The place is always clean and well-kept, the servers are very attentive and friendly, and the brick-oven pizza is always on point. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the overall experience is consistently great every time we visit.

My boyfriend and I went last night (24 Sept) for dinner.
We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, it was delicious.
There was no wait, got seated right away.
We had a coupon on the InKind app. We scanned the QR code on the receipt and paid. Our waitress came by asking for us to pay. We showed her we already did, she kept saying we didn’t. We asked to speak with the manager to try to resolve this issue. She also kept saying we didn’t pay. We showed her our app and bank statement saying the payment went through on both, that we weren’t going to pay double. She was extremely rude, kept rolling her eyes saying we didn’t pay. Then she just walked off in the middle of our conversation. Who the hell does that??? Not even an apology or anything.
Our waitress was very attentive, and polite. I loved her.
However, your management needs to be worked on!

This was our first time and we loved it! There was a wait time to be seated of about half an hour. Once seated we were greeted by a friendly server. She gave us some great recommendations. Ended up ordering El Don and a small Tuscan pizza. Both were delicious.

Our favorite pizza in El Paso! Our typical go to is the white garlic pizza with ham and mushroom. The atmosphere is always nice. On this visit we used the take-out option. The pizza is as good as fresh when we place it in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Another added bonus is that Grimaldi’s is a member of the AAdvantage Dining program.

Loved the inside. Bathrooms nice and clean. Service is fast and friendly. Checked on us often. Very relaxed due to having Sinatra and the like playing instead of the crappy old pop music or loud rock. Not loud which I like but guessing it gets louder during the weekend or when it’s busy. We came on Friday afternoon.

My family and I went to Grimaldi’s and had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out fresh and delicious. The star of the night was definitely the meatball pizza perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors and an amazing crust. We finished with the tiramisu, and it was just as impressive: light, creamy, and full of flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Staff is very friendly, food arrived fairly quickly. Tables have ample room to accommodate several guests. Wait times were minimal for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Love the New York style decor throughout the restaurant. Pizza was delicious as expected for a brick oven restaurant!! Try the Banana Cheesecake, You won’t regret it! Definitely recommend this place!!

We live Grimaldi’s! We are from the northeast, therefore we are pizza snobs, and Grimaldi’s hits the spot every time! The gluten free pizza is also SUPER good! They have real calzones too, which my daughter is a big fan of!

Great pizza, super fresh ingredients, high quality gourmet pizza. The crust was crunchy and tasty. The service was very good. Our pizzas took about 15 to 25 mins. to be ready; understandable because the restaurant was almost full and they are cooked in a brick oven. Average pizza prices range between 20 and 30 dlls, depending on the size: 12, 16 or 18 inches. Good atmosphere, we had a good time. Nice splurge for a once in awhile or special occasions.
