We enjoyed a delicious Father’s Day meal at Grimaldi’s. The food was amazing as always and they have the best crust! McCartney was our server and he treated us very well and was attentive to our table!!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from this place. I ordered one pizza from them for the specific reason that it didn’t have a DoorDash, Grubhub, or UberEats link on their site. I try to avoid those places because they take longer and the food usually arrives warm at best.
I knew the delivery would take a while (ordered at 6:22pm and estimated arrival of 7:40), but if it was in-house delivery, like I thought, they would have made the pizza closer to the delivery time.
I called Grimaldi’s at 8:05pm and asked what was going on, as the pizza hadn’t arrived. The lady on the phone told me that Uber had taken over the order but had not yet picked it up yet. She also mentioned that the pizza had been sitting under the warmer (her words) for a while. I told her why I ordered from them and my dislike of the delivery options listed above. I asked her if she could tell what the new delivery time was and she said 8:40pm. This also mean that instead of our original plan to feed one of our kids the pizza, we had to find an alternative (parents will understand the difficulty in this after telling your kid they’re getting pizza).
To be honest she didn’t really seem to care that the delivery was an hour later than estimated. When the pizza arrived (at 8:40pm) it was warm and did not taste like of any quality u would expect from a $40 pizza (pepperoni and hot honey).
Very disappointed in the customer service and quality.

Great atmosphere, very good pizza. Pricier than most pizza places around town but very much worth it. Service was on point and the homey yet elegant decor of the dining room and bar made for a very pleasant experience. Definitely will go back.

A warm, cozy place to split a pie with my husband on a single-digit-degree afternoon before we stopped by the museum nearby. Service was fast and friendly, and the pizza was perfect. The crust to topping ratio was spot-on, and the Italian soda was refreshing. We would definitely come back again!

I’m really glad I chose this restaurant for dinner. First, the location is great for a night out at Prairiefire of dinner, shopping, or a movie night. This restaurant is decorated beautifully. Being someone who appreciates recycled decor, I loved that the light covers hanging from the ceiling were actually old wine bottles with the bottoms cut out, with the labels still on them, such a classy way to recycle. We ordered The Don pizza, which is pepperoni and meatball. If you love New York style pizza wide and thin slices, this is a winner. So much flavor in the toppings and the crust. The service is impeccable. I wish I could remember the waiter’s name to give him a shout out, but I noticed they don’t wear name tags. It was probably on the receipt maybe. Another thing that impressed me was that the manager on duty was checking on all the tables to make sure everyone was being taken care of. You don’t see that a lot anymore. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to try something new.

Its tough to beat coal fired ovens. If you read my pizza reviews on one bite you know they’re my absolute favorite. Nice New York style atmosphere and clean restaurant paired with great pizza and awesome service I give it one if my higher ratings. I went with the 18inch pepperoni which came out pretty quick especially on a Friday night. Another reason im a fan of coal fired ovens. The undercarriage was perfect with a bit of a char, not really a fan of the flop but that’s the style of pie. This is my second visit to this location and will definitely return. Pizza was fantastic and had plenty to take home. As a matter of fact im about to reheat a slice in my pizza oven. Give it a shot pizza lovers

Loved the atmosphere at this restaurant. From the wine bottle chandeliers to the exposed brick walls and the vintage framed photos and well placed mirrors and woodwork. The bartender was our server, and he was funny and attentive. The Merry Cherry Margarita was delicious. We had a wonderful pizza. The only pitfall was I ordered a pepsi, and I kept getting a diet pepsi. The bathrooms were cute and clean.

We absolutely love Grimaldi’s! The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the classic Rat Pack music sets the perfect mood. The food is fantastic — the Brooklyn-style pizzas are especially delicious. The service is always professional and friendly. My only wish is that the menu offered a bit more variety, but overall, it’s a great experience every time!

Location: in the beautiful Prairiefire ideal place with a lot of different shops around.
Environment: relaxing and chill, my fav part was all the decoration with different frames about NY and the lights, they are recycled old wine bottles with the bottoms cut out.
Food: tasty!! We ordered the antipasto, good variety and quality, the bread was perfect with it, for main we had The margarita pizza; If you love New York style pizza wide and thin slices, this is a winner. So much flavor and the crust just super yum.
Service: we got the best server!
I wish I could remember the waitress name to give her a big shout out, she did our experience much better!
I strongly recommend this place and we will definitely be back to try something new.
