This is the best kept secret in St. Joe as far as food and I realize there’s a lot of great options for food in this small town. We’ve frequent this restaurant for years. It’s important to note that this is NOT fast food. It says made fresh to order. Burgers are huge. Gyros are plentiful. Fry servings are large and crispy with flavor. Shakes are thick. Menu is unique with truly filling foods. Prices are great for serving sizes and compared to local options. They have free pinball machines as u wait in there little seating area. Bathrooms are located on the outside of building. Absolutely nothing modern or great but available. Pation in the summer is nice. Indoor seating is a few large booths and swival seat bar facing out windows. They do deliver orders out to your vehicle as you wait. You’ll get far too many ketchup packets and actual real napkins in each bag.

It’s hard to come up with words to express how much I love this place.
We found this place mostly be accident as it was close to a brewery we like and man are we grateful we did!
The burgers are made hot and fresh and are just amazing. They have classics like a deluxe (lettuce and tomato) to the gyro burger (Cokes with tatziki and gyro meat!). All of them are cooked to perfection, excellent size and have a great bun and topping ratio.
The burgers come with fries that are thick and crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Even the chicken nuggets are excellent.
Service takes a few minutes but you can play pinball for free while you wait!
We go out of our way to I visit St. Joseph, just to eat here. I love it and I never want it to change.

We biked to the Grilled Cravings, a short hop from the Lake Wobegon trail. I was with four of my grandchildren. We had hot dogs, fries and single scoop ice cream cones. The grandkids enjoyed the food and so did I. I especially appreciated the fact that it was not ‘fast’ food. You order, THEN they make it, so you have to wait for your order. This is actually how food should be prepared unlike the fast food establishments where the burger you ordered was made too long ago, and was sitting under hot lights. Ugh. The staff here were very helpful and attentive, but they were busy doing orders so, were not standing around looking for something to do. A bonus is they have three pinball machines that you can play for free. This kept the kids busy while we waited. They also have several outdoor spaces including a couple of picnic tables under shade trees, and other tables on their patio by the order window. They also do drive up but I don’t have any idea how that works but I imagine you might shorten you wait by ordering online. The grandkids and I agreed that the french fries were better than Mickey D’s, cones were great with lots of choices, and the hot dogs were, well, hot dogs.

Absolute hidden gem! Outstanding food at great prices! Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had for under $10! Their quesadillas and fries are also amazing! Burgers, gyros, and Phillys are good too. Don’t waste your money for a fast food burger when you could eat an amazing meal for the same price! Call ahead– they make everything fresh to order

The food was good. The burgers were something I would expect from kwik trip. Not bad, but not great. Onion rings and fries were great, and the open play pinball was a really cool idea. Small seating area inside and benches outside if it’s warm. All in all, we left full.

I love the free pinball while you wait for your food and the food is OK the burgers would be better without the sauces they really get messy and the buns were dry. But the onion rings were awesome!!

Very good sandwiches! Been there a couple times! Prices are better than fast food joints and the food is way better! Plus they have old school arcade games just to play! Don’t even cost! I stopped here for lunch at work today and I didn’t want to leave! I don’t care what anyone else says this is a place worth trying for sure! I honostly never review places but I’m pretty impressed and I will be hitting this place up a good bit more!

This place is on my top five around the St. Cloud area! It appears as a fast food place but stands above the rest because they cook your order rather than pull it off a warming table. It is not as fast as your typical fast food place but what it lacks in speed it absolutely makes up for and then some in quality!! Well worth the wait. Call your order in if your in a hurry but if you overlook this place you truly are missing out!! The owner is very friendly and welcoming. This place is one of my daughter’s favorites as well. You will not be disappointed. You get what you pay for! And I have yet to be unsatisfied with the food or service and I have eaten there many of times. Try the BBQ mad burger! Simply amazing.
