Beef kobidah were under cooked so I took it back to show him. The manager in front of us took the same kabobs and put it on skewer again and started cooking. Unbelievable. While observing, I realized one half of beef kobidah fell down while grilling and the same guy took two aluminum ties and tied the rest of the kabob so it doesn’t fall this time. lol man what can I say. This location is definitely need to improve on their food. Not the Grill Kabob you want to go to for sure

Good customer service, we tried 2 times the gyro sandwich, they taste great. Specially with their sauces ( hot sauce). Definitely recommend them.

1 stars only for they pick up phone for to go orders otherwise Their food is test less always give you extra small side even not full and mostly time their salad are un fresh and about souse if you ask them extra first they charge you extra then they give you half souse so only if you guys really hungry and nothing to eat halal around you then this is the last option you can get it otherwise not recommend

I went today to grab my food from Grill Kebab, there was a girl that who is not respectful to me. I told them as usual to not add salad and add rice instead. The guy there added rice and she removed it to the pot and kept a little rice and ignored me when I said add more rice plz. She was talking to me disrespectfully. And then when I asked about her name she lied and said Farhad which is a man name not a girl name. I won’t go there anymore

The lady that handled the cash register, handled the kabob sticks with raw meat by putting them on the fire , and went in and out of the freezer, also made the gyro and handled and rolled it all all with out putting on gloves. I didn’t observe and hand washing between any of this. They are also handling raw meat in the open directly next to the cooked meat. I’m sure this place has many health violations. I threw my sandwich away because it just seems way too unsanitary. Looked good though.

This is one of the worst location of Grill Kabob. They used to be good a few years ago, but the quality and quantity has been going down. Last time we ate there, they have reduced the quantity and the rates are still same. The kubideh kabob is two long piece everywhere, but they have reduced it to one piece or two smaller pieces. They also charge for sauces. Sometimes the kabob’s are over cooked. Whoever is running this place does not know how to run it. I won’t recommend this particular location of Grill Kabob.

It’s in a busy mall. So many options available but this place was awesome. Filling stuff. A lil expensive (15$ or something) for a meal. Tasty though . We had the kebab platter. Amazing chickpea dhal. Good place for visitors to eat.

You will be charged in this place as they pleased. The menu board has one price and their system has another. They used the excused that their prices in the menu board have not been updated yet. I came here on a Thursday for the first time. Came back on a Sunday and I paid $3 more for the same dish. Not fair!

Found a piece of hair in my food and when I called them to tell them they said we were lying and they hung up the call abruptly saying I have to go bye. terrible customer service. do not eat at this place if you care about cleanliness, they are very unhygienic and disrespectful.
