This place is great! The portions are quite generous and the taste is delicious. Everything tastes very fresh. I have gone twice, I got the hot thai tea, the black sesame cream drink, the garden veg and feta toast, and the shrimp scampi. I loved everything and would recommend to try these. The environment is nice for studying with a lot of space, free wifi, and quiet pleasant music. I finished my final essay here The price is what is to be expected not too high and not too low. I will be back!

Really delicious fresh food! Thoughtful menu, with clear care and heart put into everything. The decor is beautiful and the whole place was impeccably clean. I wish the warm drinks came in mugs when dining in, though, and not to-go cups. Despite that, definitely recommend!

Pleasant new cafe/restaurant on the corner of Highland and West streets, just a couple of blocks from the WPI campus. Diverse menu, including coffee, bakery, sandwiches, soups, and daily specials. After 4pm till closing they also have a pasta menu. Vegetarians will find a good variety of dishes. Physically handicapped accessible. Parking on West Street and small lot behind the premises.

An absolute gem for people with great, healthy food in mind. I got the Buddha Bowl and added grilled chicken. It was SO fresh, and all the ingredients were super high quality. The tahini sauce that came with it was absolutely to die for. Perhaps the best I’ve had. I wish I lived close by because I would be a weekly regular without a doubt! We need more healthy but also delicious and interesting food options like Grill and Green! A+.

I liked the Kingdom of Life Bowl that I ordered but felt they could have had more vegan options (or maybe marked those options as vegan so I didn’t have to guess or ask 20 questions). There were a lot of smoothies and vegan drink options. Again I’m guessing that they’re vegan. Also there were no vegan pastries at all when I was there. The coffee was good but there’s a surcharge for non-animal milk. I’ll give the place another try when they’re not as busy.

My family and I stopped by here for a quick bite and so glad we did! Everything was delicious. I was so glad there was dairy free, nut free, gluten free options on the menu. We ordered the Kingdom of Life, Beet, and Shrimp Avocado Lime bowls. We split an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie as well. For drinks we had the hot Chai latte with coconut milk, Matcha cloud latte, and Coconut Iced Americano. My only wish was the hot latte was a bit more warmer as the tea was very luke / room temp. Parking can be tricky as its on main road, but there’s a small lot on the back of the building. Cafe is well kept with clean and cute concept. We’ll be back!

This place is a must-try! It is unassuming on the outside, but the restaurant inside is vibrant and colorful. The staff is welcoming, and the food is delicious. The Buddha bowl and beet juice were phenomenal. Great place if you are looking for healthy vegetarian food.

Checked out Grill and Green Worcester in Worcester & went with their Chocolate Hazelnut Açaí Bowl — loaded with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, & a drizzle of Nutella. So good!

Heard a lot of good things but when we came they had specials of the day and all of them were unavailable when we ordered, then a we decided to go for ramen, they didn’t have any of those either. So we got a tofu bowl which was extremely plain and had no seasoning, the vegetables weren’t the ones listed on the menu. Had I not asked for sauce it wouldn’t have tasted good, but the sauce was delicious. My friend ordered a veggie sandwich and it was also extremely bland. We had to reorder and the new dishes were good, but overall not the best spot to eat.
