We were staying at the hotel so decided we would get breakfast here since it would be simplest. Without question it was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. I asked for eggs over medium and when they came, The whites were runny. Also, it came with pancakes and they were undercooked. I ended up having to go into the kitchen to get our waiter because I didn’t see him for about 10 minutes to get the eggs redone. The only thing I did was open the door to the area and asked him to step out so that I could talk to him. He proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to be in the kitchen. I explained to him that I didn’t step into the kitchen and that I waited long enough to have my eggs replaced. He proceeded to tell me again in a derogatory manner that I shouldn’t have been back in the kitchen at all. At that point when he came out, I got the eggs replaced, and I hadn’t touched the ham that had came with the breakfast yet. When he brought the new eggs back out, my ham didn’t come with it, and I had to ask him for the ham. The eggs that did come out were cooked real hard on one side and barely cooked on the other again. At the end of it all he asked my wife and I if the bill was going to be on the same check or not. That’s not that big a deal, but it still seemed out of place for both of us. Lastly the waiter obviously didn’t shower from the night before cause he smelled of body odor. He did end up taking 20% off the bill, but even then there’s no way it could compensate for how bad the meal was. I wish that I could say I was making all this up, but it’s the truth. The worst meal ever do not eat here for any reason.

We stayed for a week. For the most part we were treated well and the food was good. We ran into issues though when we tried to go later in the day that was posted “as available” though, we were not served. After a we arrived home i did receive an email asking how things went and was contacted and told they would check over the concerns I shared.

I was pressed for time this evening so decided to eat at the hotel restaurant because it was empty and would save walking time. No line up to eat, but still took 90 minutes to have a chef salad. Every single aspect of the experience was slow, and the salmon I asked to be added to the salad was very overcooked. Could have had a faster and better meal pretty much anywhere.

Always an enjoyable place to go with the family for a quiet dinner. There is always a solid special and some great appetizers. The bartenders are awesome and come up with some great cocktails. Ever tried a sour old fashioned? It had egg whites and Soko so I was not sure at first to say the least. 8/10 would try again.

The restaurant and bar were very busy and appeared to be understaffed with the events taking place at the hotel. Service was great, waitstaff and bartenders working their tails off to keep up with the indoor and outdoor seating areas. Food was good but lacking on the flavor side. Definitely no soul in the food. Was looking forward to dessert, the signature pecan ball with hot fudge but was quickly informed it wasn’t being offered that evening. So disheartening!! Recommendations: update the restaurant hours on all social media sites, schedule more staff (you can always send people home if the night is light) especially when you have a band, have a full time host/hostess to welcome and seat guests (having a host/hostess will free up the manager to help servers with issues and check on guests), have a sign asking guests to wait to be seated (saw a few guests seat themselves and servers were not aware), and work on adding some flavor to the food. Got a good establishment with great staff just need to polish up the food and atmosphere.

The menu looked good and reviews were good so we decided to eat here. Big mistake. The food was absolutely disgusting. The calamari was so small and with a weird coating. Not crispy. The bang bang shrimp were barely cooked almost raw and had very little sauce. The sliders were an over cooked thin patty with barely a square of cheese that covered not even half the burger. $80 for completely disgusting food that we had to choke down just because we didn’t want to waste the money and were hungry after a day of travel.
