First timer at Gril. I got the pulled pork sando and spicy coleslaw, and subbed beans for the cornbread. The beans were good, but could have had a little more spice for my taste. The pork sandwich was excellent, with awesome flavor, and bun perfectly toasted. I got the spicy red BBQ sauce. And the coleslaw was really good too. Prices are reasonable.I will definitely be back.

Very nice local restaurant. You create your own bowl, plate with nachos, rice, roasted potatoes. Add meat, cheese or sauce and toppings. I had the Pico de Gallo which is a little spicy, corn cheese jalapeños, and spicy sausage on rice. It was amazing. My friend had a vegetarian plate with nachos. The chips are very tasty. We’re definitely going back. Everything was fresh and delicious. I like the local shops way more than the chain shops. The staff was helpful and explained everything. We try to support our local businesses as much as possible and this one is above and beyond!

What a wonderful little spot in Willoughby! The service was top notch, and you can tell the food is made with passion! The owner clearly loves his work, and his food definitely reflects that. I got the mac n cheese which balanced my meal so well without over powering the rest of it. The brisket was smoked to perfection and the chicken was so juicy, and tender. As for the toppings, I got the spicy slaw that was packed with flavor, the pico which was super fresh, the potatoes which has just the right amount of seasoning, and the pickled onions which were perfection. Now for the sauces, all I can say, is WOW. He makes all of his sauces in house and was so excited to tell us all about them. They certainly did not disappoint. I tried all of them and they were all amazing. His hot sauce was STUNNING, not only did it pack the right amount of heat, but the flavor was just so unique and almost sweet. Overall, a 10/10 for service, for passion, and flavor! We found a gem and we can’t wait to take our favorite people here!

My Fiancé and I decided to try Grill Craft Bbq for the first time and the experience of the food was very disappointing. For starters they ran out of brisket and did not have a back up set up, I ended up settling with chicken. My fiancé ordered potatoes for a base and it was hard and tasted like they sat since opening. Our meats were very cold and it will most likely get us food poisoning. No management on shift to help with our problems and we were told we will receive a call back tomorrow. This place seemed like it would have potential but we will not be back.

I stopped in last night on my way home from a 12 hour work day to get food to go so I could sit on my couch and gorge. Service was wonderful, Jared S (per my reciept) was super nice and patient. It was only my second time there and he was very friendly talking me through the process and what my options were. Sadly, I got home, less than a half of a mile away, and everything was luke warm at best. Delicious no doubt, but I had to get up again to nuke it and I just wanted it to be hot!!

They started out good but within the last year it has went down hill . The owner is a nice guy . But the brisket today was chuck roast . It was extremely tough . Something is off and my stomach feels extremely weak. I will not be back. He have to do better. Also, the display says one thing and then they overcharge you at the register assuming that you cannot count then when I asked him about it, he said oh my graphic designer didn’t fix the price

We stopped in for a quick dinner since we were in willoughy. The owner served us and explained the choices we had and let us taste all of the sauces. We got a chicken bowl and brisket bowl. Both meats were flavorful and the sauces were great too. A healthier option similar to chipotle.

The food was completely wrong and cold. The girl behind the register was to busy gawking at my husband that she couldn’t do her job right. We purchased extra sauce and we were given cups of salsa…The items in the food was wrong as well. I do not recommend. I called and asked to speak to a manager 2 times and was told someone would call me and no one ever did. Bad food and bad service. STEER CLEAR!
