Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and was shocked to be charged $30 for this. Also, first they gave a meatball pizza by mistake so had to remake it. Ok, no problem, it happens. But in the new pie, there were barely any mushrooms even though we ordered. It tasted good but was really thin and more like a thin crust cheese pizza with a little bit of pepperoni and mushrooms. Nope, nope, nope. Went in to an empty bar and restaurant only to have the only person working and serving be a complete douchebag. When you have an upbeat customer asking you questions about the place show some kind regard back. We are in walking distance and I will never come back again. No wonder you’re dead on a Saturday night. No customer service skills whatsoever. Sorry, you didn’t earn a tip from us…try harder next time.

First time back in 3 years. It was not busy. Loaded nachos were cold and just horribly prepared. Chicken tenders were not even as closes as frozen ones from giant.. not tenders they are nuggets Service was good. Gridiron used to be my go to. Tried again.

This place has really gone down hill with the food! You can’t serve microwave and frozen food. I ordered tacos on taco night and they were the worst tacos I have ever had. If your going to be in Phoenixville you need to have at least decent food, not cheap, greasy, no taste meals. Even the margarita was cheap tasting and was still $8. It’s sad because it is not in town but I’d rather deal with crowds then waste my money here especially on food.
