Ivan was more interested in his phone than watching the bar. This is the most unhappy happy hour I have ever been to. Why the owner would have 2 male bartenders on at the same time to unbelievable. They never introduced themselves. Food was not bad and lots of potential. Employees need to dress for work and not look like street people. They need to care about customers , be friendly. Only 13 people in the place for diner . Lots of potential but need to train employees to increase business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

New bartender on tonight. Very nice but overwhelmed with the computer. Took over an hour for a sandwich!! She apologized and said she struggled getting our order in. She could have asked for help from the other girl working. Although she was not a friendly person. Probably last time to come here

They would get one star but the food isn’t to bad. The bartenders are absolutely horrible though. Not friendly and extremely slow. Gave it a dozen or so chances, always with the same results.

I’ve eaten here numerous times before and always had good food and great service. Stopped by tonight with a buddy from out of town to watch the Phillies and catch up on old times. Unfortunately the karaoke music was way too loud that we couldn’t even talk. Next time I’ll make sure there is no music playing.

Food was good, though you have to wait almost an hour to get your lukewarm order in an empty bar. Love their tots, but just know if you ask for them, you’ll probably get fries. Nice pickle slices though. The server/bartender had an attitude, was rude and ignored us. We will never go back and will never recommend even for Door Dashing.

Food was good however our server Zac was terrible at best. We mentioned that we had to be back at the fire festival by 8PM. He assured us that our food will be ready way before that and rusting him, we placed our orders by 7:15-7:20. 30 minutes go by and he didn’t even serve us water. The table we were sat at wasn’t even cleaned until 20 minutes later. Later when we tried to cancel our order so the food doesn’t get thrown out he got aggressive and demanded payment to which my friend caved in and paid. Later when we came back to pickup our food, this guy again has the audacity to make us wait 25 minutes even though the food was supposedly “ready” and kept warm in the burner (his words). He literally served the guests sitting next to us and didn’t bring out our takeaway boxes which he mentioned earlier that they’d be ready for us to take away “within seconds” after we come back. Again, good food ruined by this server’s service.

The place is a little small but the food is good and the staff is friendly. I’ve never had issues with wait time or cross-contamination either as my girlfriend has celiac.

The buffalo wings are magical. They are perfectly crispy when ordered well done. Grid Iron has the best wings in town by a wide margin. Hell, they might be some of the best I have had, period.

This is the second time recently we have ordered take out, been told a certain amount of time and had to wait double that once we got here to pick it up. Tonight ordered pizza… 1 pizza and was told 25 mins. Got here and they ‘ couldn’t find the order’ and it’s now almost an hour after the original order so I’m pretty sure they never put it in until I got here. I want these places to stay open around here, but with service like this it’s no wonder they aren’t making it.
