Luxury Chaos
The pizza looked great and had plenty of toppings, but the flavor just didn’t match the presentation. Most of the taste came from the sausage while everything else fell flat. Funny enough, the leftovers later on were much better—maybe it needed time, or maybe it was just me.

First time customer and so far I enjoy it . I ordered a half order of spaghetti. It literally was so good and the proportion was great!
The only thing that I have to say is that the wait time for the spaghetti was 25 mins . But I feel like maybe they just made it fresh from running out for the day..?

Ordered a pizza online, the day before, for Super Bowl Sunday. I ordered it for 4:30 p.m. Sunday. I arrived at 4:25 p.m. I checked in and a very nonchalant young lady told me my pizza would be ready in a few more minutes. At 4:45 p.m. I checked on the pizza again. A second young lady apologized and said they would start my pizza immediately. I noticed she was talking to one of the older heads in the back. I eventually got my pizza by 5:10 p.m. Needless to say I was upset! I got home through the pizza on the counter. My wife open the pizza and said whoa what did you order? This is the best pizza I’ve ever seen! It was! Not only that, but it was literally the best Pizza we have ever had! Not just at Greg’s EVER! My only problem is, I don’t know how to reorder this pizza!

I haven’t been in this place in about 10 years I was in the area and decided tu have some pizza slices.
Upon ordering u have to wait 10 minutes for fresh pizza they didn’t have any combination orders ready.
Now I’m was not impressed with the customer service if they spent more time paying attention to customers and greeting them things would be better but as they talked back and forth to each other as if no one was in the restaurant.
I will not go back again very dissatisfied with the service

Been going here for years and sadly yesterday I chose to make it my last time visiting this place. I grew up on Greg’s and I always get the steak and cheese pizza. I don’t know if it was the lack of understanding which I called in for a small pizza asked me rather I wanted a 12in or 8in. A small even on their menu is a 12 in pizza. A personal pizza is and 8in. Neither here or there I arrived after the 20 minutes she said it would take to make my order it wasn’t ready. Then when I got the pizza it was so much oil on the pizza it was basically inedible. They have a big sign that say no refund they can only remake the order which yeah I’m not wasting my time. Got the pizza for my kids end up give it to my dogs. It’s sad they have let this place go down in such fashion.

Was told it was gonna be 20 minutes, showed up 30 minutes later. Girl told me it would be a few more minutes. Came back in 10 minutes later, still nothing. Sat for another 20 waiting. Then they forgot the breadsticks, but by this point jt wasn’t worth my time or energy.

The short dark skinned woman wearing a skullcap who was working the counter on January 1, 2026 needs to be fired. I came in the store and greeted her and was not greeted back then she proceeded to make rude remarks refusing to give me my order. The big lady with the braids is nice, and the thin lighter complexion lady who was cleaning is nice but this lady needs some home training ASAP.

I ordered a large meat lovers with banana peppers. I don’t live close to the establishment and it was recommended. I look half way home they didn’t add the hamburger or the bacon on the pizza. I called and sent the picture to whoever was on staff 10/14/23. I asked to be refunded on my card for missing items. The manager told the young lady just to put my name in the book and they will replace my pizza and I have 7 days to honor it. I called the next day before going to get the replacement. They told me okay come get it. When I get there they tried to charge me for it. They told me I needed to bring the old pizza back so they could show the owner. The pizza was in the dumpster. But who would keep a pizza for several days. I also showed the young lady the picture. She blew me off and said sorry it is nothing she can do. I tried calling to speak to owner Gregg but they keep giving me the run around. I spent $38 on one pizza and it was waste of my money. I try to support black business but the lack of customer service was horrible. This was my first and last time coming here,
