Visited a few days back with my office colleagues for Happy Hour, and we had a pretty good experience. They have a good selection of Cocktails, and some decent options in their Happy Hour Menu, including $2 Oysters that was pretty fresh. We ordered a wide range of appetizers, and everything tasted good.
Service was quick enough, considering how busy they were. Staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was also pretty chill. Place wasn’t too loud and was able to hold conversation without shouting over each other. Tables and Chairs were somewhat rickety though, hope they fix them up.

Charming spot with a classic bistro vibe. The tacos were tasty, and we tried the shrimp, fish, and chicken — the fish and chicken were definitely the winners. The shrimp was okay but needed a bit more punch. Overall, the dishes could use a little extra dressing or seasoning to really shine, but everything was fresh, especially the chicken.
The crème brûlée was smooth and not overly sweet, which was nice, but the cream could’ve had a bit more flavor, and the brûlée top needed a stronger caramelized crunch.
Lovely atmosphere and a nice place to enjoy a casual bistro meal.

If you want a really good seafood, this is the place! The crab bites are SO good. We ordered the perfect storm (snow crab leg, black mussels, shrimp, potatoes and corn) – it was so good! Heavy though so be prepared ✨

Our Valentine’s Day plans fell through, so we came here and had a lovely time. We were seated immediately, the staff was kind and attentive, and we loved the poutine, fish and chips, and burger. Drinks were also good 🙂 Good vibes, not too loud, and super close to a great view of Manhattan. We’ll definitely be coming back.

My husband and I used to come here often since it’s right next to our apartment building and the food is really good. After a few months, we went back tonight with some friends and the service was terrible. I literally wanted to leave and unfortunately I don’t know if I will go back.
We got there by 10.30 pm to grab a beer (they close at 12 am), we picked a table and someone, I don’t know if it was a manager, the owner, or who, yelled at us saying “you can’t sit there because the kitchen is closed, sit in this section”. He didn’t even say hi, he didn’t greet us or welcome us, he just said that with a really bad attitude.
Then when I asked the bartender about two cocktails they have listed on their menu (I wanted to know which one was sweeter) she cut me off and said they didn’t have the ingredients for one of them, and when I asked her if the other cocktail was sweet, she treated me really bad. I then asked her if there were any sweet cocktails and she literally said, I quote, “I don’t know what it is sweet and I won’t tell you. Can you just make a decision and tell me what are you ordering? It’s not that difficult, we are not a cocktails place so just pick something from the menu”. I can’t explain how rude and arrogant this person was. Never been treated like that at any restaurant, bar or any shop.
Back in summer, there was a kind and friendly waitress. I didn’t see her this time unfortunately.
I also read a recent review and I agree that this place changes by who you talk to.

Came here with a friend on the 22nd of October and was served by Stephan. Personally one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. He was extremely rude and made us very uncomfortable. I asked if they had lemonade and how much it was and he scuffed and rolled his eyes. We could see him talking about us in the corner. He genuinely treated us like trash while we watched him treat a group of business men sat next to us like actual human beings. Once I tried to get his attention because we wanted to order another meal and he gave the rudest hand gesture. We ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant just because of his attitude. We wrote on the check that he made us uncomfortable to which he thought was extremely funny. He really needs to check his attitude. I worked as a server/bartender for 8 years, that’s not how you treat a customer. In the last few years I don’t think there’s been a time in which I didn’t leave a tip till that day. We were very excited to try the food and actually like the little we ate but we will not be coming back.

This place came through for me with last minute seating for my large party. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner Rick and our server Mario. I started with a Rose Sangria then a red one and I didn’t like them too much so I stuck with red wine. My party ordered different appetizers and drinks and they liked them. I ordered the vegetable taco and it was tasty and for my entrée I ordered the vegetarian plate and it was tasty as well. We ended the night with dessert and my guest liked their desert. Mario was great and attentive all evening. I would come back.

Last review from Oscar is way off base. I was actually the other customer Mario was speaking to. We were with a larger group and Mario is the ONLY server during the lunch hour, so his statement that he had to reach out to different server to get service doesn’t track well. Funny how people hide behind there screens and attempt to get good people in trouble. Mario always scans the room and tends to his patrons. The vibe here is great, owner is very friendly, and food is great I would highly recommend to anybody in the area. Love the mussels here. Enjoy

Our very first time here. A very nice place to hangout and enjoy good food and beer. The food was good and really fast prepared and served. Service, on the other hand was slow. Our server (Mario D) was totally distracted having a long and repetitive conversation with another customer that looks like a regular or at least an acquaintance. We have to ask other servers a few times for the things that we need. Nice sports bar atmosphere, just the music was a little bit too loud for me.
It was a good experience overall and I’ll definitely give it another try.
