Tried this place for the first time yesterday and enjoyed my coffee so much I came back! The woman who has taken my order both times has been kind and patient. I can be annoying when ordering at a place I’ve never been. I need a slightly sweet coffee but not a dessert coffee and finding the right combo can be hard and I appreciate someone who is willing to answer questions or make slight changes to my coffee if it isn’t quite what I like. I’m only in the area about 8 times a year for work but I’ll be back!!

Build a biscuit: made it a sausage egg & cheese.
One of the best I’ve had! Nice large flaky crust with a thick slice of sausage; ended up getting a second one.

Love this place! I am a fan of the food, coffee drinks (cold and hot) teas and ice cream!
The atmosphere is so nice…live plants, lots of natural light, cozy fire place, ample space, and ambiance. Quick, friendly, professional service. The menu is impressive! There are also plate lunches available. The reward system is also amazing!! Two thumbs up!

They have a huge menu, lots of options. I went for a nice, simple grilled cheese and hot choccy. Only 5$ for the grilled cheese.

I stayed in the area during my business trip, and I stopped by this coffee shop 3 days in a row. I had great experience every single time.
First, every single employee is super nice, friendly and professional.
Second, the coffee was great. I ordered iced dark mocha, half sweet and added an extra espresso shot. I also tried the raspberry mocha and it was also great.
Third, the food was awesome. The breakfast casserole is something to die for. Huge portion and super delicious.
Fourth, the shop is clean, the atmosphere also great.
I’m definitely going to come back here again next time I’m in the area.

The coffee is straight up not good. Tried it threw different ways and all had this weak and chemical flavor. The salad was good. The double glazed donut is honestly on par with a gas station donut with a fresh coat of sugar on it. Not terrible, but not worth the hype.
Overall this is a solid 3/5 experience and in hindsight I could have probably had similar if not better quality breakfast at Waffle House or Chick-fil-A.

The food is always good, and the staff are friendly enough. However, if you call an order in, they want you to give them your payment details including credit card number, expiration date, CVC, and ZIP code over the phone. Some people are not comfortable giving details over the phone, and why should they be? They did end up allowing me to order by taking my name and phone number which is much better.

Edit: Still requesting personal details to be given to strangers over the phone for call-in orders, which would not be so egregious if it didn’t take so long to just pull through the drive-thru and order food. Not only that, since my last review, the short responses and dismissive temperament of one of the staff members causes further concern.

It was my first time visiting, it’s such a nice and cozy place. We came for coffee and seen they offer a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner! Unfortunately we don’t live in the area, but will be visiting again the next time we’re in town!

If you want poor customer service, messed up orders and long wait times, this is the place for you. We placed an order for coffee and hot chocolate. The drinks finally came after about a 5-10 minute wait but they messed up our order and didn’t give us three of our drinks. My feeling is that if you mess someone’s order up they should be moved to the front of the line for service. That didn’t happen here. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes more for our missing drinks. Didn’t even offer anything for the long wait. By the time we got the missing drinks everyone else who did receive their drinks were long finished. Would not recommend this place.
