Our family met up with my husband’s brother’s family for the day in Shelbyville (halfway point) and we chose Greek’s for dinner – randomly and on a whim.
The young man who took our order was polite and quick and didn’t flinch at our big family taking the place over. We have 13 kids under 13 between us and he never once made us feel like we shouldn’t be there.
Pizza was hot, fresh, soooo seriously good. Ample toppings and excellent quality. Free retro arcade games were huge hit with the boys. Super clean and even bathroom was clean and stocked.

I only say this based on a conversation I have had with 2 different people, neither the owner. I had ordered OVER the phone, to make sure they understood how important it was to have the pizza LIGHT BAKED (2 PICKY KID’S DOES NOT HELP HERE), AND to use a coupon from the monthly gator saver or whatever it is… They don’t have online codes, so if you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone you can use them…. I also asked for the pizza, to be SQUARE cut, and half extra cheese, other half sausage.. I personally thought my order was pretty simple, but I must have been wrong… The pizza had sausage over the whole, pizza cut instead of party cut, pizza…. It honestly looked like EXTRA sausage…. I could have salvaged that, and pick the meat off my 2 year Olds pizza…. What I couldn’t salvage was the wrong cut, or the EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA DARK BEYOND BURNT crust…. I received an apology, and a ” I’ll make sure there’s a note added to your account about making sure it’s light bake on future orders.” Then I was informed going forward whenever I order, to call my order in and ASK FOR ONE OF THE BROTHERS to make my order, as they make it perfect everytime…. I just laughed, walked out with my toddler
The food is almost always great, but the last few times it was so overdone/BURNT, it was not even edible! We tried one of the new sandwich pizza pocket ordeals, and the outside was beyond burnt, and we couldn’t just eat the stuff in it, as it was entirely too cold! Lastly, the breadsticks are usually my favorite… This time I received breadsticks meant for their cinnamon sticks, instead of the actual breadsticks… Yuck is all I will say… YUCK!!!!
Their phone never seems to be working, so of course, when I tried calling I received no answer. The next day I was pretty much told sorry about your luck, can’t do sh**about it now…
Speaking of phones not working, I had coupons to use, however, you can’t use them online. You have to call and order via their non-working phone… Unfortunately, when ordering online, you can’t pay in-store, and since the order was already paid for, the coupon was unable to be applied!
They did give me a coupon *LOL* for $10 off my next order… which meant I had to go through this all over again… Sadly, I went through the same thing, except I went in and ordered, then had to wait 42 minutes for my BURNT order! I really hope I learned my lesson…. I’m sure I have. Until next time!
Pizza order was incorrect but they were willing to fix it without asking. Offered to make a new pizza free of charge but really don’t have the time to wait + 2 Xtra large pizzas are a little much for 2 people. Brought us more bread sticks, Which was cool. But other than that their pizza it’s tasty to say the least. And hand made dough and toppings seemed fresh as you can get. I would say they easily rank in the top 2 favorite pizza places in Shelbyville.
In final review after leaving. Yes they were willing to make an other pizza for free even though we didn’t want or need a second pizza. They did not even discount the pizza we did order that was not correct. I didn’t expect for free but a discount would have been a nice way of saying sorry for the mix-up. So I’m now taking my 4 to 5 Star rating down to a 3.
Great pizza just need to work on customer service!
I was given a time table to pick it up and did so at the earliest time. I asked the individual giving me my prepaid order if they were out of Feta cheese and he said yes. This means my pizza and salad are now lacking ingredients I paid full price for.
I get home to eat. Not even 3 minutes away and not only is my pizza cold and doesn’t taste right but my salad is lacking yet another item it should’ve had! My very small salad consisted of lettuce and tons of black olives with dressing on the side.
I rarely get pizza out anymore for the high prices and issues!
I’m hugely disappointed in my experience.
You should inform a customer immediately if items on their order are missing. I would’ve canceled had I known.
This is not a good way to run a business. I’m on a tight budget and to spend $22 on one meal is splurging for me.
