1st time at @greekbrothersny …. Definitely a must try, this lamb & beef gyro was spectacular… this was a very packed gyro with lots a deliciousness in it… and if you add French fries , it’s packed into this yummy gyro too. Every bite was delish, and especially liked some char on the pita, gave it some texture … looking forward to exploring their menu some more…..

Overall very very good and would recommend. The food is a little pricey and nothing to wow you, but the place is very well kept, extremely clean, staff is extremely nice, and the tableware is extremely fancy and nice with very nice food presentation. Of course every Greek place should be judged by their Greek staples and the gyro meat was good, thinly sliced and cooked to perfection, the Greek salad was probably the best I’ve ever had, the feta cheese was just amazing, but the rice pilaf was an extreme let down unfortunately. The tzatziki was very fresh and had amazing flavor. So overall, would recommend, but nothing crazy.

I will continue spending my money here. Today my son got a piece of chocolate cake when we were done. I have absolutely no clue how they make the cake. But it was the best cake I ever tasted in my life. The gyros and the Soulvaki and the falafel‘s are all delicious. That’s why we keep coming back. But that cake was off the chain.

The service, the food, the vibes were great. Truly a great experience. Everything felt cozy and authentic.
The Greek salad was refreshing and delicious. The chicken souvlaki was moist, juicy, not dry at all. Their pita bread caught me by surprise, it’s perfectly soft and seasoned (not the typical pita bread you would get). We also got the pork gyro platter which was very tasty as well. For dessert we had an orange cake and caramel mousse. Both desserts were delicious, the caramel mousse was light and airy, the orange cake was fresh and sweet, did not taste artificial (it had real orange bits inside which made the orange flavor pop out).
I would definitely recommend this Greek restaurant, their food is worth the price and very filling.

First off, this restaurant is a true gem. Tucked away middle of the block off hempstead turnpike. I have tried every single greek restaurant on the island. The best greek salad with grilled chicken ever, served with moist warm soft pita bread. It’s a very small restaurant. However, I had to ask the owner how is the chicken is so moist it melts in your mouth. He mentioned it’s pure organic. Don’t hesitate or think twice. Give them a try. You will be a customer for a very long time.
The brothers are super friendly and the restaurant and its kitchen are meticulously cleaned. Parking is kind of hard . But by far the best greek food out on the island .

Hands down the best authentic greek spot long island has to offer and I’ve tried them all. The issue on long island is that all greek spots claim to be authentic and traditional but they don’t compare to this place. Long island complains about prices and portion sizes all the time. I wish long island would understand good quality when they have it. Instead we are concerned with over sized portions for a slightly better price but the quality is terrible. The pita’s at Greek Brothers are mouth watering and delicious. All the ingredients are fresh. All dishes are made in house. The owner served us and was incredibly kind and attentive. If you taste a pita from this place and any place on long island blindfolded hands down this wins every time. Do yourself a favor and give it a try and you will be happy you did.

The service was great, food was delicious the chicken souvlaki was prepared to perfection, moist, tender and melted in your mouth. Even the pita was grilled to perfection. Check out the grill marks below. The Gyros looked awesome from across the table. Price was affordable certainly for the quality of the food. Had two soups and split a platter which came with a salad and rice with my wife. It was a good healthy meal without overeating. The owner/server was attentive and you could tell took pride in his food and establishment.

I really thought I hated Greek food all of my life until I ate here today. Pork Gyro, Souvlaki were both fantastic and so full of flavor besides lemon and oregano haha. Baklava is amazing too. Really really good food, but a little pricey, hence the 4 star. Worth the money but still, worth noting

As someone who’s Greek and knows how authentic Greek food should taste, I can confirm Greek Brothers truly captures and represents the flavor of traditional Greek food. I ordered the Pita Chicken Gyro for $14.59. It’s a bit pricey for a gyro, however it’s worth it. The chicken was tender, the pita was cooked perfectly and the tzatziki sauce was perfectly balanced. The service was amazing, friendly, and delivered the food on time. Was it the best gyro I’ve had in my life? No, definitely not the best gyro I had but it is a very good gyro. Overall Greek Brothers is a traditional Greek restaurant representing tradition, hospitality, and taste.
