Located very close to the SR 37 and SR 60 intersection in Mitchell, I actually found this location a little tricky to find. You have to drive behind the auto parts store to access the parking lot.
I arrived at 11am on a Wednesday for lunch, I was the first there for the day, was quickly seated and got my drink order in. The to go cups are huge, you get your money’s worth! The decor is bright, restaurant was clean.
I ordered the personal pizza, with breadsticks and a drink, it was one of the specials for the day. The breadsticks could be gotten with marinara or cheese dipping sauce. I opted for the cheese.
The breadsticks came out piping hot very quickly. There were 3 in a basket. The breadsticks quite possibly the best breadsticks I’ve ever eaten. Very light and airy, with many air pockets inside, and a perfect crisp or crunch on the outside. The cheese sauce was definitely of the canned variety. However, the sticks are soo good hot you don’t need any sauce.
Around 10 minutes later the personal sized cheese pizza I ordered came out. There are 4 slices. The cheese was slightly oily (not uncommon for many pizza places) and the cheese was laid on pretty thick. The pizza sauce is there, you can tell it’s there, but it doesn’t stand out. It’s faint. The pizza crust/dough appeared to be the same wonderful bread the breadsticks are made of. Light, airy, crispy on the outside, slightly chewy on the inside. Very good crust.
The young lady waitress that served me was very polite, and hustled. The restaurant started filling up around 11:15. She did a fine job of serving everyone.
Pros: Fantastic Breadsticks. Large to go drink cups. Pizza crust is just as good as the breadsticks. Good waitstaff and service.
Cons: Pizza sauce was faint in flavor. Cheese a bit greasy on pizza. Cheese dipping sauce was somewhat bland.
Overall, I found this to be a positive experience, and will be back again. I highly recommend the breadsticks, and consume them hot/warm. The pizza crust is wonderful as well.

If I could give it a negative number of stars I would. The manager is incompetent. I ate at the Bedford location a couple years ago and it was okay. Nothing amazing but I would go back. After going to the Mitchell location, we won’t be back. It is a complete disaster. The manager was openly disrespectful. It’s obvious they’re struggling and I can see why.
I highly recommend having the Bedford location take away the Grecco’s name from the manager in Mitchell before she runs the entire business into the ground.

We were the only ones here which seemed a little odd, but it was a Sunday night. The house salad was fresh and well presented. The service was a touch slow, but very friendly and courteous. The pizza was quite good with a slightly sweet hand-tossed crust. We got ours fully-loaded and Chicago-style with extra cheese. This was a good choice for kids and parents alike. One thing that impressed me is that everything (including the bathrooms) was extremely clean. That’s not always an easy feat in a pizza place, so kudos.

They were struggling with a staff shortage and wasn’t staying open their posted hours, rude on the phone, horrible customer service, apparently this was the store manager. It will be a long time before we go back to this location. Don’t alienate the customers that stay loyal to a local business. I understand everyone has bad days, but this was past unprofessional. Hopefully this situation has already been taking care of, this was a few weeks ago.

This was our 1st time trying this place, as we really like Italian food. It was me and my Wife & Daughter. My wife and I decided to split the full portion of the spaghetti with meat sauce, it is supposed to come with a salad and garlic toast. My daughter got the kids meal spaghetti. We asked the server if she could have Marinara sauce instead of meat sauce, he said no problem.
So we get our food and I must say it was very good tasting, salad and all. My Daughters kids spaghetti was not made with marinara sauce as we ordered, but they made it with meat sauce despite us asking for the marinara sauce. She went ahead and ate it anyways. The whole experience went really bad once we received the bill. We were charged almost double of what it was supposed to be, they charged us for an extra salad, even though we did not order one! Even charged us for crackers! I talked to the waiter about this and he acted like there was nothing he could do about it. I was like WHAT??? So I asked to speak to the manager, she came out and did take off the extra portion of spaghetti that was on the ticket (which we didn’t order) but she would not take off the “extra salad” or “crackers” which we did NOT order as well. I was getting a little frustrated at this point, and asked why are we being charged for something we did not order. She just said “well you did receive some extra food free” I was like WHAT!!! I couldn’t believe that they were actually charging me for items I never ordered!! I said why can’t you just charge me for what I ordered?? She said there was nothing more she could do and we needed to just pay the bill. We as a family do eat out quite often and I must admit that I have never had a experience like this before, I told her it was very unprofessional and I asked to speak to the owner, and she said she was the owner! UNBELIEVABLE!! We will never go back! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you actually like paying for items you did not order! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge as I firmly believe that this is unscrupulous business practice.

I originally gave a very bad review, I am not changing it because I am being forced to. I just felt it was the right thing to do. I am still giving a bad review however. I hate this restaurant. That’s my opinion, I’ve spent thousands there over the years. They gave me a nasty and sloppily made pizza and it made me very, very sick, I was getting sick all night long. So I won’t be going back ever and neither should anyone else. This is my fair opinion.

It’s a good size pie for the price. But the pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven to melt the cheese fully. Too salty for my tastes.
Counter person needs a lesson in customer service. When the customer makes clear we’re taking the pizza for a picnic, then later asks for napkins, don’t be surprised and have no ability to provide napkins. Are there none in the shop? It is a sit down place isn’t it?

Was in this establishment earlier today when the new owner went off on a customer. Simply for forgetting her mask. The sign isn’t easily read from outside as it’s taped to the inside of a glass door with bars over it. Rather then politely asking the customer to dawn a mask she went off cussing. The customer was fuming mad, left with out food and will not be back as a result from the discussions I had with her after the fact. She is going to drive this business to the ground. She needs to take lessons from the former owner Dave on how to run a mom & pop style pizza shop.

The food is good from here but the manager who answered the phone was extremely rude. She couldn’t hear me on the phone so when I spoke up, she responded with, you know what you can just order from some where else and she hung up on me. So I ordered from some where else and will continue to order from some where else.

The food is great; HOWEVER, they are never open!! We have tried to order food in Friday or Saturday between 8p and 9p when they should be open but they are always closed! It’s awful. Been this way for months. Not a delivery issue, tried to order carry out. Nope. It’s terrible service.
