The lady that takes the order is very rude hateful and nasty
U tell them you want your chicken soft they get mad and upset and act like they can’t speak ENGLISH.
She charged me extra and it’s the wrong order and the people was looking at me like I was making there job harder than what it was
My chicken always hard and stringy like it was over cooked and I told her I’m willing to wait 15 mins extra for it to be fresh not reheated and she had an attitude! I will never eat at this place again I will take my 50$ somewhere else ! I called to see if she can fix my order and she wouldn’t at all and it hasn’t even been tamper with this people are rude and can’t be trusted the need ZERO STARS !!!

I ordered a large house lo mein and egg drop soup. The lo mein was hot and delicious. The serving size was enough for 2 meals. The egg drop soup was hot but tasted somewhat watered down. It has never tasted like that before. I placed my order after 7pm. I usually order earlier in the day and have not had that issue.

It’s absolutely horrible. Since this place changed ownership, it has gone downhill bad. This is the worst Chinese food you can spend your money on hands down you can’t travel within 60 Mi of damn food this bad. I walked in and ordered the hand in my food in less than 30 seconds. This pre-made garbage tastes like it’s been boiled and 2 days old. The General Tso’s chicken I ordered is the worst food I have ever eaten. The new owners are 100% garbage. For 20 years, this is my favorite place to eat, but not anymore.

I WENT INSIDE AND ORDERED ME SOME SHRIMP LO MEIN AND THE COOK IN THE BACK REACHED INTO A BIG BOWL WITH HIS BARE HANDS TO DIG MY NOODLES OUT AND PUT THEM IN A POT. WASHED HIS HANDS ON HIS PANTS AND PROCEEDED TO REACH IN THE BOWL AGAIN FOR MORE NOODLES. I TOLD THE CASHIER ABOUT IT AND TOLD HER THAT HE NEEDED TO HAVE ON GLOVES WHILE TOUCHING THE FOOD. AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY NEVER WEAR GLOVES. AND I TOLD HER TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I’VE BEEN IN FOOD SERVICE FOR 24+ YEARS AND I WOULD NEVER TOUCH ANYONE’S FOOD WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES. NOR WILL I ALLOW MY EMPLOYEES TO DO SUCH A THING. GREAT WALL COUNT YOUR DAY’S.

Okay good but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased sesame chicken with onion fried rice over the phone. She hollered 5 minni and hung up the phone in my face. When I got there my order still wasn’t ready and she had to tell the cook to make it. I paid for food and then purchased two sodas. I then asked for soy sauce and utensils (because they don’t have the common courtesy to put them in the bag) – the lady got a whole attitude and pointed at two buckets with utensils and soy sauce. I got that and put it in my bag and had to ask for another bag several times for my drinks. She was rude, made faces, and proceeded to talk about me once I walked out I could see her from my vehicle talking. I WAS A REGULAR REGULAR CUSTOMER TILL TONIGHT! They won’t see a dime of my funds ever behind this rudeness!

We really enjoyed the food from Great Wall! The service was quick and food tasted delicious. We will be ordering from here again. We just need more wonton strips for Wonton soup next time!

What happened? The quality of food was not the same this time. Less shrimp and small shrimp for the shrimp fried rice, mostly noodles for the pork lomein? Super orange egg drop soup? No cookies?
Haven’t had it in a long while, other reviews say it changed owners.

Use to be GREAT take out.. but last night the food was terrible.. the rice tasted like it had been freezer burnt, the sesame chicken was awful, and the egg roll tasted the same.. freezer burnt . What happened to you guys? Use be so good!!
I don’t recommend it to anyone.. so sorry to say that after all these years bragging about the best Chinese take out. Service was terrible, food was awful, will never order there again . So sad .
