Came here once and got a chicken parm calzone. The sauce was delicious and the cheese was good. Chicken tasted frozen, freezerburnt, then burnt again. Decided to give it another try and ,got the teriyaki cheese sub. Cashier said it was his favorite. Tasted like mouthful of salt with almost no other flavor. Sandwich was light. Little filling. And a handful of fries all for 15 bucks.

I go here quite a lot. The pizza is especially good. But this order was something else. I showed up at the pickup time, and had to wait 15 minutes. When I got home, I realized the meatballs in my sub were almost all uncooked in the middle. Not good.

Mary chungus doesn’t like rude people. Places an order for pick up online immediately got a call back going when are you picking up your order. Umm what like aren’t you supposed to tell me thar? I said idk like 15 20 min when the order is ready. Then they got snappy and said we need an exact time. Seriously? Didn’t know i had to give a time to pick up me order. Just rude

Its a good local joint with good local people working there that are friendly. Its your neighborhood pizza shop and in Massachusetts that might as well be the equivalent to your local sports team, they mess things up, sometimes are exceptional, sometimes you love them, sometimes you hate them, but you stick by them no matter what to support the good hardworking locals providing decent food at a decent price. This place does the trick everytime, period. Its good neighborhood food, if you want a North End dining experience then make the drive to the North End, otherwise hit this place up for some tendies and a slice and be happy.

Great pizza!
Came here not expecting anything other than just a normal pizza, but the sauce was nice and sweet, crust was perfectly soft and crisp at the same time, the garlic breadsticks were also very good. Small quaint bar area to eat with tvs to watch the game. Overall great experience!

Atmosphere is cozy, high backed booths and warm, dim lighting. Food was solid, satisfying; nothing experimental or out of the box. It was good. Portion size was great, not skimpy nor overwhelming. Lunch chicken parmesan was good, a bit thin in places at the edges, a little crispy. Tomato sauce was bright and light. My friends got the special, a corned beef Reuben (St.Patricks Day). Both said it was pretty good, not great. Fries were good. Would return.

I debated on giving Capone’s three stars but the last few experiences have just sucked – for lack of a better word. The first time we tried this place was on a whim and the pizza was EXCELLENT! And since it’s closer than our other go to spot, we kept going back. Welp it turns out that pizza may be all they are good for and honestly the last time we ordered it – even THAT was sub par. I don’t know if they have changed cooks over the last few months but wow it’s like the food gets worse every order. This time was a calzone that was mostly bread and no filling and actually slightly darker on the outside than it should have been. Also the sauce was tasteless and watery. Such a disappointment and kind of a last straw

The steak tip tavern salad was great! The large cheese pizza was not so good. The cheese was unevenly spread, and the sauce was salty. The pizza crust was very nice though. We would definitely order salad from here again. We’re probably not going to order pizza here again though.
