Today we ordered from a local Chinese restaurant — and it was an experience worth writing scrolls about.
Huge portions, rich flavors, and the kind of joy no typical fast food could ever match.
The walls were decorated with wise Chinese sayings, and every bite felt like a proverb in action.
We ordered enough for four people and enjoyed every bite — but we barely managed to eat half. The rest will be tomorrow’s feast, and honestly, we’re looking forward to it just as much.
$45 later, we walked out smiling… and carrying what felt like two full kilos of delicious leftovers.
Lesson of the day?

Honestly not bad. I had ordered the beef and broccoli, the sesame balls, and cheese wontons. For everything it was only about $20. The meet was extremely tender although the flavor could be a little better it was still thoroughly enjoyable. The cheese wontons were good. The filling was pretty thick but the flavor was there. The best part…the sesame balls. Warm, sweet, savory. They were amazing. I tried them with a little powdered sugar and it was like a donut ball. So good. Definitely worth the try!

My family and I have been coming back to this place for over 20 years! They know what we like and how we like it before i even finish my sentence,even when ordering over the phone. I’ve had better food. We didn’t realize that they wouldn’t accept a check so we went back to the house to get my daughter’s card. When we returned about 15 minutes later they had canceled our order because we had left. We had a call-in order to pick up.

So, it doesn’t look like much right.
But I’ll tell ya I have never in my life of eating Chines food this magnificent the egg rolls were so deliciously good I had to eat them both back to back OMG yeppers and the other thing there dumplings were home made with a flavor ill truly miss until I return they have a lot fo menu and I have had the curry, beef with snow pea and all these beautiful vegetables and sauce. The black pepper chicken is worth every penny,ill be back !

I wasted my money so you don’t have to. The food was inedible, so into the trash it went. The chicken was like chewing tree bark covered in sweet and sour sauce. It was painful.

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the sauce and rice tasted like it came outta a box. Egg roll was hard. Service was fast but this is the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten. Good thing they have no competition around it was that bad.
