I feel frustrated. I tried to order from your restaurant for delivery and I have done this with no problem in the past. However, whatever system you have now says I’m 10.4 miles away and you will only deliver 10.2 mile radius. That’s fine but if you put my address in google maps there are two other routes that are 9.1 miles and 9.7 miles. Your order system defaults to the longest route and then refuses to deliver and says I can still come pick it up. Unfortunately, I cannot come pick it up and so you will just lose the business. It’s a shame because I love your food. I wish you good luck.

I dont believe we have ever had “bad” Chinese food so this was a first. Both meals were horrible! The food was tasteless! Even the ingredients in the food had NO taste. Spring rolls were tasteless.

Make sure you request anything extra that you might need like soy sauce. If you don’t ask for it you don’t get it. I called to comment, and they hung up on me. We will not be ordering again. Poor customer service.
Update: Fried rice is unseasoned and dry. General Tso’s had no sauce so dry rice and dry chicken. Spring roll tasted like doughy plastic. My understanding is that store is under new ownership. Yuck!! Dumplings were ok.

We’ve ordered from here before and haven’t had issues but we just ordered food via Uber Eats to find a BUG in our soup! Unfortunately, I found it after I ate a few spoonfuls already. Ugh.

Have been ordering from Great Wall for years, have always enjoyed it, and lately it seems like it has been even better!
Not sure if they have changed anything, but the meat quality, and general food flavor has been noticeably better. Recommend the General Tso’s, pork egg rolls, chicken lo mein, and wonton soup.
