When I went in the lady behind the counter already seemed annoyed and short with me. I overlooked it and continued my order. When I came to pick up my food there was another lady behind the counter. I was ignored for several minutes before I finally was able to get someone to come speak to me about if my food was ready. The lady handed me my food through the door in the window and slammed it closed. When I asked for extra duck sauce, she argued with me that it was enough until I finally asked her if I could have at least two more. I ordered my mom some wings and shrimp egg rolls and those wings were so hard as well as there was absolutely no shrimp in the egg rolls ☹️ very disappointed. That was my first and last time going. It is closer to my house but I would rather take the ride to get good customer service

I sent my teenagers 2 order food. We ordered honey chicken shrimp fried rice shrimp egg rolls beef and broccoli. They were so rude when when my kids were ordering and constantly kept slamming the window. They didnt want to give extra duck sauce or any sauce 3 dinner entrees amd only 3 duck sauces? When asked for more sauce they received one sauce and she slammed the window shut. Not 1 shrimp in a egg roll in the rice. No where. We will not be back I don’t advise anyone to go there. Times are to hard to be spending money with people who obviously don’t respect you and don’t want your money.

Usually love the sesame chicken, but now I’m alarmed at the chicken overall. This was my sweet & sour chicken tonight. Grease poured out of the bag, and grey/green chicken? Who plated this and genuinely thought it was acceptable? Disgusting.

We’ve tried sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, pork lo mein, pork fried rice, crab Rangoon, and the doughnuts and everything was great!!

For one they were very rude. Ordered chicken chow mein, it was terrible, no noodles and the vegetables and chicken that were there tasted burnt or that it had been cooked on/in an unclean pan/surface. The egg roll tasted stale and not sure what they put in it but was bland and very unappetizing, needless to say one bite of any of it and it went into the garbagr. I pride myself on making awesome chow mein and thought I would take a break and let someone else cook for me…big mistake, would be surprised if they stayed in business, won’t from this consumer for sure, not worth the money or gas to get there.

I ate here yesterday and I noticed that there were hard chunks of pork in the rice. Didn’t think too much of it because it still tasted good. The food was served way too fast to not be pre cooked and heated when i ordered. Now I’m feeling mighty sick. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten indigestion from this place and really I shouldn’t have been surprised. I will not be eating here anymore.
