I’ve been ordering from Great Wall for years. It’s always been a great experience. However I’m fairly certain it was sold at some point. The last time I ordered my order was wrong but I didn’t say anything because I usually have good experiences. Today I ordered at 2:15. 3:30 rolls around and nothing was delivered. I called to ask about my order and the guy who answered the phone started yelling about how “lunch specials end at 3:00″ I said ” I ordered at 2:15. He yelled at me and hung up. This was such terrible customer service and really disappointing. They’ve lost my business for the future.

I ordered delivery of a sweet and sour combination plate, and received a large container of chicken fingers with sauce on the side, no rice or egg roll. I called to ask about it and someone yelled on the phone for a minute, and then hung up. Neither the chicken fingers or the sweet and sour sauce were very good. I also got wonton soup which had miniature pork and shrimp dumplings. They were okay tasting, but I’ve never seen nickel sized wontons before. Got my order wrong and it wasn’t even very good.

So difficult to order delivery, the food wasn’t the same as it used to be. Idk what changed but it’s definitely not what it used to be. I won’t be ordering again and I’m kinda upset this was our favorite place up until the last two times I ordered. I wish I hadn’t thrown it away so I could take a picture. I’ve ordered shrimp, lo mein, and crab Rangun several times from this restaurant and it was great… Tonight it was a big giant container of mush and the crab Rangun was not cooked… When I called because of course I figured they’d see oh well she normally gets this so she knows what she’s talking about. All the person did was scream, “Same, Same, Same” to me. Not the same… Absolutely disgusting.

The 1st time I ordered house rice it was good then everytime after that it was too oily and only a couple of shrimp, no pork, no chicken, and no beef!! So basically I paid 14.00 for rice w,a couple of shrimp ???
On top of no matter how hard I tried to be nice the female owner always had an attitude and complained about it I picked it up or had it delivered…..
Not my idea of my money’s worth!!

We just started to get takeout from here after our go to Chinese Restaurant stopped selling takeout?? Food is always hot and fresh! It’s a small storefront so you may miss it. Glad we found it!

Love this place, I order from here on a regular basis. No issues with delivery or with pick up. They are always nice and pleasant. I’m not sure why the other reviews have posted about the quality of food being sub par because I have yet to have an issue. Will definitely recommend!

The people are a tight knit family of friendliness and kindness. The food is fantastic. Everything that I have tried is so good, I won’t go anywhere else. Their fried rice. Their chicken fingers. Their crab Rangoon. All spectacular.
