With so many food options in City Creek Center, you really can’t go wrong with Great Steak. It’s a solid pick when you’re craving something hearty and flavorful. Both the Philly Cheese and Chicken Philly Cheese were delicious—hot, cheesy, and cooked just right. The portions were generous, and everything was made fresh. If you’re in the mall and need a satisfying meal, Great Steak is a great choice.

The food was impressively hot, and was also generously portioned. The staff was friendly and efficient, the meat was also very tender. The flavor though missed the mark for me. Benefit of the doubt, maybe I forgot to tell them I wanted the meat seasoned? It was just so bland and didn’t have any flavor. So in the end I was just left with this very greasy tasty meat without the meat taste. The photos and everything looked incredible, very disappointed.

This is something I always get at the food court. Price may seem a bit overpriced but their food has always been good. Fries are kinda small too, but they always fry it after you order. Combo with regular cheesesteak is $14.01. They cut the steak in half for you.

This is the first place I’ve been to since I was a young man that served a baked potato as an entree, and I loved it. Mine had butter, sour cream, bacon and chives. It was delicious. The value was decent too. If you have a chance to go to City Creek food court, it’s definitely worth a try – I recommend it.

Too many choices at City Creek to have to put up with the unfriendly staff, poor service, and mediocre food. I recommend going anywhere else in the food court, this was disappointing.

When did Great steak quit giving quality food? Fries in A cup not a Styrofoam box. Potatoes in a paper boat. Now its a plastic food saver. They used to put chives, mushrooms, and REAL cheese. Now its this disgusting cheese sauce.And onions. This is sad and disappointing. Great Steak and potatoes you have failed us all
