This has to be the worst and most underwhelming food I have ever ordered. Not a single good thing to say. It took them two hours to deliver from the time I ordered, mind you I live 10min away. The food was ice cold to the point the sauce had become gelatinous and stiff. The portions looked like they were meant for a 4 year old. Meals are highly overpriced. You would think a place called chicken and ribs would actually make one of them well. Oh no. Quite the opposite. I’ve had better 3 day old KFC chicken. And the ribs were tougher than a leather boot. If you are hungry. You’re better off starving than going here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Absolutely terrible! Chicken over cooked and dry. Lettuce, onion, and tomato all rotten. Bread soggy. Not edible! I rarely complain about food but this was just down right disgusting! Would never order from this place ever again. When I called to ask for my money back the man was rude and didn’t do anything to rectify the issue.

My biggest issue with them is that on Uber they have times listed, for how long you’ll wait for your food. So you can make a decision about how long you want to wait, you know, because you’re hungry. Well they’ve listened theirs at 25 minutes, they then change the time right after I order to over and hour, which was annoying, but it’s late so ok. Then my food took longer than an hour, pretty irritated, but I’m starving. Then I hate to say this, but it just simply was NOT good and not near what I was expecting. I eat Halal food quite a bit, I’m no expert, but this isn’t even close to the mark. I definitely will not eat there again.

I had ordered one day at 1am because it was the only place open… I will NEVER again order from here. The chicken was sooo incredibly dry and it looked old. I had gotten an order of French fries and they were cold, hard and stale. The only good thing about my purchase was the 24k gold sauce I got which I used on chicken I cooked myself

Food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken tasted old and arrived cold. Grubhub notified me that my order was on its way and then received a text message and they were out of an item so order didn’t even leave yet. The soda’s I received were both flat. This place deserves 0 stars, not worth $20 delivery fee or worth giving your money to

Prices are ridiculous, how do you charge $9 and change for 7 buffalo tenders with no sides? The chicken was actually a bit dry. Mac & cheese is over cooked barley cheesy. I used to order from this place when it 1st opened I was always satisfied with my order until about a year ago. Not sure if its new owners or what but looks like they are going down hill. I’ll never order from them again. The only good thing was it took 20 mins to get delivered!

Quite possibly the worst food ever. Do not order from this place. I ordered chicken once it was not only pink inside it was cold and pink inside. Last night on a moment of weakness I decided to give them another try . I thought if I avoided the chicken and ordered something simple like a beef Patty and corn on the cob no way they can get that wrong. I was wrong. Corn on the cob was still frozen beef Patty outside was mushy. Beware and stay away.

I never ever write reviews EVER but everyone needs to know that their service is the WORST. We call Chicken and Rib Crib’s restaurant in Bergenfield, NJ and was told to order online. So we did. I clicked on their website which led us straight to a website called BeyondMenu – which was a direct link to their website and ordered and payed our food from it. We waited over an hour and finally decided to call to see the status of our order only for the man on the phone to say they didn’t get our order. After telling us to order from their website, waiting an hour, being told they never received it when I payed prior was ridiculous. Even with the confirmation order from my email as they make you create an account, they said to either pick it up or call BeyondMenu when that was their DIRECT link on google. Ridiculous. Management and staff are very unprofessional and only want your money for no work. If you don’t want money stolen from you – DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Zero stars.

Worst. Experience. Ever. This guy is a liar and a thief. Not sure how this place is in business. Accepted my door dash order.. delivery time was 1.5 hours so I went to store. He wouldn’t let me pick up my own order, stating I needed to wait for the driver. After going back and forth he then said to cancel the order and he’ll charge me cash, which I did. Soon as I cancel order he says he doesn’t have anything I ordered. So I left, already feeling betrayed, and THEN was recharged $20 by him and hour later through door dash from his previous business name, Halal Grillo, which is “permanently closed” in same exact location. Super shady stuff going on here with paper covering all the windows so you can’t see inside. So in short, he cursed me out because he lied to me, then recharged my account when I left. That’s theft. Negative stars, how is this place open? The owner should be arrested.
