I never want Great Steak again! Sandwich just didn’t taste right. Great steak used to be good! The burnt bread made it even worse! My daughter meat was burnt and the sandwich barely had any meat on it! Waste of money!

Do not eat here. They are unsanitary. They will prepare your food with the same gloves they touch dirty pin pads and boxes with. (I observed) and get angry when you politely say anything about it. Horrible customer service.

Never heard of this place before, visiting family for a funeral and they told me this food chain was good so I tried it. Worst customer service ever I was ordering food for my husband first and then tried to order mine. The cashier (an older man who wouldn’t even give his name) which claimed to be the Manger told me “Hurry up because there is a girl behind you” and then he just kept rushing me. I didn’t even order food for myself, I just bought the food for my husband and left because he was so rude. I don’t even see why there would even be somebody so rude in a manager position.
