Honestly this machine does not just give the best soft served ice-cream, but they make sure to clean it too. Even the food were always checked up to be sure it’s fresh, and still very good quality. I seemed there even expiration dates on the top so they can make sure when to get rid of it/ replace the food. Even the waiter tonight was very respectful! And honestly it’s funny to see the chefs poke their heads out the kitchen doors to make sure things are fine and well! First time here for my anniversary, I don’t regret it! Definitely will come here again!

I went in for lunch, and the place was clean, quiet, and the buffet was well stocked.
The vegetables on the salad bar were fresh and delicious, the hot food that I had was just as good (there is a lot, I’ll have to go back to get to that last table!) and there were staff restocking regularly. I was too full for dessert, so that will be part of the next trip too.
They had all the usual favorites, with a few unique items. I like these smaller buffets for that reason, they don’t just serve heat and eat entrees, they have their own recipes too. The highlights? A seafood and tofu dish (two of my favorite things? Yes, please!) and a chicken skewer so big that took up half of my plate! I had a chicken wing, out of curiosity, and it was excellent. I’d come here just for wings and ribs if I was in the mood for that.
I didn’t have cash for a tip (the server will fill drinks for you, and clear plates as you go) so the cashier allowed me to charge a tip to my card.
Also, they have Diet Coke, which is a bonus in my book. I prefer Coke over Pepsi, and it can be the deciding factor in which place to eat sometimes.
The shopping center that the buffet is in is easy to access by bus, and has plenty of free parking too.
I’m not eating away from home much in this economy, but I’ll definitely be back here next time I want to shop and grab some good food on a day off.

Service was great, time stamps were written down to replace the food and keep it always fresh, even the ice cream machine was cleaned regularly. Utensils are individually wrapped and given. The place is equipped with an ice cream machine, only vanilla flavored, though.

The food here is just kinda filler food. Random items thrown together. Nothing really had flavor just bland. Rice was crispy over cooked. Only 2 sushi options available, literally 2 plates. The staff seem nice, but for 2 people it’s $45. Cream cheese wontons, and ice cream was really the only thing that stood out.

Very easy online ordering, fast service, simple walk-in and pickup. The serving sizes are epic! I ordered a three side dinner and it was enough food to last days! Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was very tender. I really liked the pepper chicken; it was a perfect spice level and only chicken in the dish. I highly recommend ordering takeout for anyone feeling like they miss the buffet or just want a lot of good food in one meal!

This buffet is very clean and has one of the best locations. Right next to the Transit center. So very convenient for people who ride the bus. Very nice customer service. The food is grade A. Right in a heart of Columbia heights!!!! ☀️

The chicken was the only decent Asian item I sampled here. I was embarrassed by how much I left on the plate. Once I understood what the deal was, I tried a few other things without success including a piece of pizza. It’s pretty bad when the best thing was the pizza and I didn’t want to bother with dessert.

Don’t let the 3.8 rating fool you. This place is awesome. I don’t know what it was like before but now it is absolutely delicious. I asked who cooks the food and the owner’s uncle has been cooking Chinese food for 30 years and it shows! The pepper chicken is fantastic, the rice is Fluffy, dishes are executed with obvious mastery. I recommend you come in here. I came right as it opened at 11:00 a.m. and there were already people waiting at the door when I arrived

After our meal, we paid 42. Dollars plus tax and received cold. The food that I’ve been out since hours before both of us. Maybe had several bites off of one singular plate. And picked up three each, I spoke to her privately, she then started talking crap about us for complaining to other customers. After either requesting our money back or even just half, she called the manager who then said said that they will be giving us a refund. Then uh, she hung up on him and proceeded to call the police on us. For trespassing and said that we will no longer be allowed there or receive our refund.Even though she never told us to leave the facility. we have this on recording. DO NOT GO THERE!
