It’s fast food, but pretty good for a fast food place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were well constructed and they gave me plenty of fries… some fast food places are stingy with the fries. My only complaint would be the 10¢ charge for a few pieces of onion on my chicken sandwich.

Other than that, I would recommend this Burger King.

I have now been to this Burger King location twice, and both times my order was completely wrong. The experience is extremely frustrating from start to finish.

At the drive-thru, the employees cut you off while you’re trying to place your order and don’t even let you finish speaking. You clearly explain what you want, but when you get to the window and open your bag, the order is completely different from what you asked for. To make matters worse, they immediately slam the window shut after handing you the food, without giving you a chance to check the order or say anything.

On my most recent visit, I also felt the manager was very rude. When I tried to mention that I had a similar issue during my previous visit, she cut me off and said she didn’t know anything about last time and basically dismissed the concern instead of listening or trying to help. Customer service like that is unacceptable.

Communication was also difficult. Staff spoke to me in Spanish even after I explained that I only speak English, and when I tried to clarify my order, I was treated as if I were the problem.

After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one experiencing these issues. It seems to be a recurring problem at this location.

This is incredibly disappointing because this is the Burger King closest to my home, but at this point I would rather drive farther to another location than deal with this level of poor service again. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to corporate because customers should not have to deal with repeated incorrect orders, rude service, and being ignored at the window.

Fast! Very clean, employees are very good. I’d been coming here on and off for the past 10years, but today, i tried there impossible burger (vegan) for the first time and i love it! Burger king is overall good with their burgers compared to other fast food chains. Today i got 2 burgers using their app for only $8.89.

I’ve had ongoing issues every time I visit this Burger King location, and unfortunately, my most recent experience was no different. My order was incorrect, and instead of taking responsibility, the manager assisting me implied that the mistake was due to how I dictated my order to the cashier. After reviewing the receipt, it was clear that the cashier had entered the order incorrectly.
Even after realizing this, the manager continued to argue that my meal did not include certain items, rather than simply correcting the mistake. I had already driven back to the restaurant and then realized I had forgotten my purse, which meant I was unable to receive the upgrade I initially requested. The entire situation was irritating and unnecessary.
The lack of accountability and customer service was disappointing. Given the repeated problems at this location, I will most likely stop coming here altogether.

Always check your order. This location is notorious for leaving out something in your order OR they give you sweet tea instead of regular ice tea, which is what you ordered. I don’t eat here often, or was fast food that often, but when I do, I realize how much the service industry is suffering with incompetent employees. It’s like they’re trying to do less on purpose.

I would not recommend this Burger King to nobody. I came in to use a coupon that I got in the mail where I can get a large whopper meal for 6.99 and the lady ask me if I wanted cheese but it was an up charge for the cheese so I told her never mind on the cheese but they still charged me for the cheese even though I didn’t want it anymore. Also when I asked her for the receipt she did not want to give it to me because she said she needed it which is absurd because she knew that she did not want me to have it because of what she did. More craziness, when I got my meal which was for dine in they gave me medium fries and not a large, like what the… I did not want to make a scene or argue so I just accepted it as is. They also took longer with my food and customer that ordered after me got their food first before me which is ABSURD!! Never come to this burger because they are tricky and not very friendly.

i ordered their new crispy onion whopper sandwich and it was great in quality and taste. The cashiers where friendly and helpful with the menu. The restaurant dinning room and bathroom is very clean.

Since they renovated nice and updated. But service was slow, the touch screen was efficient to order your custom burger order very easy to read and self explanatory, however is great to custom your Whopper but when we received our order which was a long wait, the Whoppers were NOT even closed to how we ordered. There are no napkins or ketchup on the self service. It was not a good visit today.

My experience was a GrubHub order from Burger King it was missing two cheeseburgers out of a family bundle meal offer for prime members in Amazon so we have two adults and my two nephews we got two onion rings two french fries and a whopper a chicken sandwich and some nuggets but it was supposed to have two more cheeseburgers in there the total was $35 because it was being delivered this is the second time that I’ve been at that Burger King, and food was missing.
