I visited this place because I love Mongolian food, but the experience was disappointing. Unlike other Mongolian BBQ spots, they don’t let you serve yourself. They weigh the meat first and then add vegetables for you. Because the meat is frozen in large rolls, it takes up all the space on the plate, leaving very little room for vegetables.
When it comes to the seasonings you choose yourself, they only have about six options (like lemon juice, garlic, oyster sauce, and chili). Most places have a much larger variety to help build the flavor.
The biggest issue was the sauce they use while cooking. They only have one house sauce. I’m used to places that offer a variety of flavors like Teriyaki, BBQ, or Kung Pao. Because they lack these options, the food tasted very bland.
For $22 for a medium plate, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I won’t be going back.

Food? Fire. Vibes? Straight trash.
Bruh, I walked in READY to feast, and yeah, the food slaps—no complaints there. But the attitude? The staff looked like they clocked in just to beef. I asked a simple question about sauces, and dude acted like I insulted his entire bloodline.
Like, congrats on the solid food, but why does ordering feel like a personal attack? Y’all serving up stir-fry and side quests for my patience.
Would I eat here again? Probably. Would I enjoy it? Not unless they serve me with a smile instead of a death glare. Do better. ♂️

The lady that I assume is the owner was very pushy. Very matter of fact. Wanted to keep the line moving as fast as possible at the cost of good customer service. The food itself was good. Good quality cooked well. Again the main bad thing was the owner. She even told me to stop taking pictures. But it’s a public area so I know my rights. The stand out part was the cook. I HATE spicy food and if you are familiar with the way the the food is cooked here, the grill is shared and the food is rotated as it’s cooked. So if some one ordered food with hot peppers, in front of you (as people do, its all good, people can eat as the wish) then your food will be spicy as well. But I basically asked them if the could clean the grill to not spice my meal and the cook had no problem with my request. I tipped him directly a few bucks. I was able to enjoy my food

The owner of the place is so stingy and rude!! I had asked her for a water cup and she said I have to buy a water bottle but after I saw her give many people water cup, I used to pick everything by my own and now they fill it out for and gives less food. I noticed they’ve changed the box to small size. They charge more but gives less food. I used to see lots of customers but mostly disappeared and I wonder why.

Mrs.Khan was really rude. She forgets who buys from her and ask to bring your plate when requesting condiments like Siracha. She gives 1 sauce per plate and charges $1 for extra. Her workers are GREAT! Please Mrs.Khan love your customers we love your food. #portesebien #JesusIsWatchingYou

Owners are very stingy and do not fill up your plate properly. The chinese lady will count every piece on your plate and only add 2 pieces of brócoli and 5 pieces of chicken. They also are super stingy with the noodles and will charge 5$ more for a few extra noodles. She also fills up the ice to the top so you get less soda. She doesn’t like to give extra forks napkins or straws which is weird. She also doesn’t provide siracha sauce unless you insist but she will lie that she doesn’t have any. She is extremely hurried all the time like she trynna get you out and not attend properly. Very rude people should not be running a business and even less inside a shopping mall. She also gets her husband in trouble if he serves a little bit more. Mainplace is going downhill with these business that they’re allowing here inside the mall. The plate is $20 but you will get the amount for $8. Overall shut this place down asap.

Horrible service. Have been going with my family for many years, but I won’t be going anymore. They count you the napkis, sauce, and plates and want to charge you extra for everything. They used to service you a good amount of food, but not anymore. The owner has a bad attitude. Will not recommend it to anyone. If I could give a zero, I would.
