I haven’t left a review in a long time, but I haven’t tasted food this bad in a long time either. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on toast and when it came out, it was mostly just bread crust covering an overcooked egg and incinerated bacon bits. Worst breakfast I’ve had in recent memory. Too bad too because the ambiance is quite nice and the prices are reasonable.

The bread! I have been coming to this bakery for over a year now, once a week or so for the bread. Dustin the air force veteran owner is not just hardworking but genuinely enjoys making delicious experiments. He ferments and cold proofs his sourdough for 24 hours giving it that excellent sourdough flavor that is perfect for toast and Turkey sandwichs. He has a caramel cinnamon sourdough that is by far the best French toast bread ever. The little snacks and treats are always well loved by friends and family. Dustin is always experimenting and has seasonal breads that are fun to try. The support staff are helpful, kind and they treat everyone like it’s a small town store. Dustin also helps the community with pantry donations and helping local schools with the PTA. If you want great baked goods that are made with real ingredients and no fillers there the best bakery in the American Fork, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Lindon area. If you want to get some of the special loafs the best time to go is in the early afternoon because they sometimes sell out of the best loafs. Also if you’re on a budget they have a discount shelf where sometimes you can even find cookies or other treats. My dad loves their brownies and the fruity oatmeal cookie like treat. My neices love the giant cinnamon rolls. Genuinely it’s the best and most consistent bakery I’ve been to in Utah County.

The best bakery food in Utah. I go here a few times a week. The bread is much higher quality than other bakeries (especially Kneaders). The sandwiches are amazing (my favorite is the Utah smokehouse). It’s a family owned place and they are super nice. My daughter and I usually play ping pong while waiting for our sandwiches to be made.

Terrible customer service. We are used to the one in Logan where we are always greeted when we enter and are offered samples. Coming to this AF location, the staff were busy preparing pick-up orders and didn’t even say hi for about five minutes. We weren’t offered samples even after asking twice if they are giving samples. Super weird vibes. I wouldn’t come back here despite the amazing food.

Great atmosphere for the store itself. I love the bread and sandwiches, but the customer service at this store is always lacking. I go in a few times a month and each time I’m not greeted, and 2 employees in particular are never nice. I always have to ask for the free bread sample and they are not happy when I do. The bread sample I’m given is always a sliver of bread and they don’t offer to put butter on the bread that is within eyesight but never offered. I grew up going to the Provo store and loved how generous they were with the bread sample and honey and butter. The employees were always friendly there as well. Little things like this make a difference to the overall experience. I like their bread but I’m always sad I don’t have feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer when I go. I’m honestly always disappointed all the times I’ve gone to this location.
Customer service is awful, not a lot of food items on display or samples out even in the morning, and they couldn’t cut a loaf of bread for me?? Need a change to this location because I love Great Harvest but the people running it are the problem.

My wife and I ate lunch here on St. Patrick’s Day. It was our first time at this location. The woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful as were those who brought our food to the table and cleared up. My wife ordered the Spicy Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese. She raved about it and said it was the best grilled cheese sandwich she could remember. I ordered the Baja Chipotle Turkey, which was also exceptionally good. We also purchased some items to go: cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies with green frosting and bran muffin toppers. My wife is very particular about cinnamon rolls. She prefers some raisins and pecans but still said they were delicious. They sure don’t skimp on the frosting. I felt it was my duty to help her eat that. The sugar cookies were good, but I’ve been spoiled by our daughter who makes the best ones on the planet. As for the bran muffin toppers, they are rich, sweet, a bit chewy and just fabulous. I could eat a half one of those every morning for the rest of my life. I’ve added a photo of them.

My favorite turkey sandwich the Green Goddess! It is sooo good! Everything I have tried has been excellent! My kids are obsessed with the pumpkin chocolate chip bread. The cinnamon rolls are GIANT and amazing. BEST snickerdoodles! This is easily my favorite spot for a hearty, healthy, feel good meal!
