The People were so nice. We accidentally ate there 10 minutes after closing and they didn’t care. My dad paid them all (everyone in the store which was 5 people) 5 dollars each and they were so happy and it made our day that they were so nice and the woman that worked there she didn’t complain or anything. She just helped us, checked on us, and she looked new and confused but she was actually nice and cool.

We have been going to this establishment for many years but, in the last several months have been very disappointed in our experiences there. We have found hair in our food (gross), it’s a buffet so it can happen, more often than not the buffet is almost empty and if you dare to ask about the status of more food being brought to said buffet you will likely be treated very rudely by staff. The servers have ZERO customer service skills and the owners act as if you are lucky to be there. One said rude red haired would barely wait on our table, yelled at my daughter for asking questions and clearly needs training or a different job. The food was cold and mediocre at best. Avoid and go elsewhere.

I grew up in this town and grew up eating here and I had the worst experience I’ve EVER had here tonight. The redhead girl who “waited” on us was RUDE and even tried to argue with me. She gave me attitude, and she tried to say they were closed when they weren’t as an excuse as to why they started putting food up before they were even close to being closed. We were in there way before close but they started putting food up before we even had a chance to get dessert. I tried to understand why and talk to her and then the girl literally raised her voice at me when I tried to talk to her calmly about it and said it got put up 30 minutes before that and would not be brought out, and she didn’t know what I wanted from her. I told her I was just trying to talk to her about it and she just got irritated and said ok have a good night with an attitude and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence. Look around and see how many restaurants have been shut down in the last few years and how many people you actually have still coming in. I wouldn’t be employing such DISRESPECTFUL people with bad customer service skills. She barely even gave us refills and acted so inconvenienced by us just getting food. DO BETTER. Or you’ll be shut down next. And please reprimand that hateful red head. If I could give you 0 stars just because of this horrible experience I would.

Disgusting. Food looked and tasted as if it had been sitting there for days. There were two crock pots full of “soup” that resembled literal human excrement. This is a “buffet” where you have maybe 10 different dishes in total to choose from and if that isn’t bad enough the fact that the names of said dishes are scribbled onto post it notes should be enough to make you never want to eat there again. Give it a zero if I could. Avoid at all costs.

It’s not bad, but the buffet is always cold. I have went right when they open and still always cold. I can never even eat one plate. I have tried many times. We do order for pick up and it’s much much better. But we like to go out n eat it sometimes..it still hot when we get home n make our plates. And we usually order a variety so we have plenty for couple days…. I just wish they would serve it at warmer temp… It seems like most places r using all dark meat now n cooking it so hard…. dried out….we do try n come in too now n then….I do wish they would get small order of meats…for take out.. too much waste. Also the egg fu yung has got smaller for take out and hardly any veggies anymore. Please keep pork tiny in egg dish like usually. Sometimes it big fat chunks. And more gravy sauce like it used too. Prices go up quality n quantity goes down everywhere, but all in all….. it not bad! Price not bad. They did give wrong lo mein couple times… can’t eat mushrooms and they were in Lo mein, when ordered plain…. that all the toddler eats….Even got lg chicken lo mein and charged for it when we ordered a small plain. I didn’t know til we got home and can’t go back so……. we may be picking up Chinese tom night. 😉 it is better picked up. 🙂 have a wonderful day….and I haven’t been there for few weeks….. hoping they get better at buffet temps, and get small order of meats for take out. This has been this way for years…..

Teen son found black hair in his food as soon as we went through buffet and set down, the woman owner searched his chewed up and spit out food and then was very rude to us. After searching through his food I looked in my plate and also found a black hair (I’m redheaded so no black hair on me anywhere, my son has bright blond hair) wasn’t even there 10 minutes and was charged full price $40! Will NEVER eat there again. Horrible experience, first and last time there. Had to take the kids to another restaurant to eat.

I was very disappointed at the lack of variety of foods to choose from in the buffet. Everything they did have was very authentic and tasty. I’d love to see the banana pudding that is served at the Hopkinsville, KY restaurant. It is delicious!!!!

probably the nastiest Chinese buffet I have ever seen. I didnt even want to try it. this place needs to be health inspected bad. avoid at all costs or risk the possibility of some food poisoning.
