$30 is ridiculous for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. I think they should charge a little more for the sandwiches so that the bagel is included or charge less for the bagels when you are getting a sandwich. Who charges for a sandwich with no bread?? It doesn’t make sense to me. Either way, the bagels were good quality and tasted good. The ingredients to the breakfast sandwiches were absolutely flavorless, not a lick of seasoning. The hash browns were not made fresh, they were sitting in a warmer and not crispy. I also really didn’t like how when I came to the realization that the hot tomazzo bagel had jalapeños all over it, I went to ask why they gave me that because the signs all clearly state what kind of tomazzo bagel it is except the hot one. Instead of her just explaining that the jalapeño is what makes it hot, the worker tried arguing back and forth with me saying you asked for it, that’s what you ordered. Talk about bad customer service. Everything was fine before & after that moment, but I definitely don’t spend my money at overpriced establishments just to argue with the employees there. I wouldn’t go back ever again with the combination of attitude I received and the flavorless, most expensive bagel sandwiches I’ve ever paid for.

I have been going to this spot for over 7 years and it’s been consistently amazing visit after visit. Bagels fresh out the oven and the best cream cheese made from scratch. This year they added espresso which is icing on the cake! 5 STARS ALL DAY!!

Horrible customer service he had an attitude because i ask him to explain my bagel was $10. They charge me $10 for 1 bagel and cream cheese. I got a specialty bagel for $3.50’ then charge me $4.99 extra to put cream cheese on it. When it says bagel with cream cheese $4.99. I can’t stand small business that do this to get more money. $10 for a bagel is insane

The bagels were very good. My cream cheese was little too pink for me. However it was still really good! I like that they are fast with the service and they get the orders right! They were all friendly and have regulars that they engage with. Since it was my first visit I will be back again. Check out if you love bagels!

We get bagels here once in a while. Always nice to us. Always great bagels and cream cheese. Easy to get to with jewel next door for lox. We like this location. I can’t believe the few bad reviews, those people sound like jerks. Come here and get some bagels.

This place was not clean at all. Drink dispenser was disgusting as well as the floors. Also the workers didn’t seem welcoming. They also close earlier than what the signs they have posted. They turned the “open” light off when I was still waiting for my sandwiches. When I left out at 2:45pm they locked the door behind me, but their sign says they close at 3pm. I felt some type of way about that whole experience and it wasn’t settling. $23 for 2 small sandwiches and bad service with uncleanliness!! I will never return and will share my experience with friends and family.
