Tried to give this place a second chance after seeing it changed owners and management.
I’m not going back. Our mushroom pizza has almost no mushrooms on it and it didn’t taste that good. I would also say it was under cooked and over sauced.
We also ordered the pizza cookie and they gave us the pizza brownie which a completely different item.

Ordered here again since new management came in. Ordered a cookie pizza. My receipt shows this. Received brownie cookie instead. Ridiculous. Then, there is no ranch cup with the wings. Mushroom pizza, if you can call it that, had a shameful amount of mushrooms on it. Several pieces in the pie were only cheese pizza. I do not think we will be going back. I heard management pleading to have customers come try this place again.. DONT they didnt change their ways. They also charge you an extra 4% on your order for credit too. Customer service still very unreliable. Food not up to par. AVOID.
Also they offer no celery or carrots with wings. Which just isnt cool. Wings need that fresh crunch especially when they are expensive. Wings were kind of gross. Very processed, coated in some form of olive oil, I mean DRENCHED in it. Flavor was smothered in too much garlic, under cooked, and had a bad lingering flavor that stays in your mouth!
Overall disappointed. Order wrong, missing items, and not enough toppings (see photos) Shame on myself for wasting money on a 2nd time. Save yourself the let down!

Good pizza but yall gotta fix your DoorDash. Paid $26 for a bbq chicken pizza w none of the toppings on it cause DoorDash makes you pay $3 to add each topping instead of them automatically being included in the pizza price

Great pizza. I love the bacon bites and bread sticks. Stuffed crust pizza, specialty pizzas (like meat lovers with reindeer sausage) are yummy. For a light meal my friends like Italian. Bread or Wedgies.
Not a sit down place to eat. But when I place an order for pickup it’s ready when I get there.

The Great Alaska Pizza Company employees are polite when I ordered my pizza at their store. There are chairs here if you want to sit and wait, however I recommend doing some shopping for 10-12 minutes while the pizza is cooking. I took the pizza home and it was nice and hot.
How did my pizza taste? It was good, but I wouldn’t say “Great”. I think the ingredients are the issue because the pizza barely had flavor. Everything from the crust to the cheese to the toppings just didn’t have a flavor that compared to other pizza restaurants.
If you order a pizza for delivery then maybe the pizza is worth the cost because you didn’t invest your time into driving or cooking.
I recommend ordering a pizza from the Great Alaska Pizza Company and see what you think.

I met the owner and he is such an amazing person. Very accommodating and a joy to work with. The best service I’ve ever received at any pizza establishment. Not to mention the most beautiful pizza pie!! Thank you! (P.S. I love the music selection that was playing! )

Tried giving this place many-many chances over the years, as we love the location. But I have finally given up, and this is my first time writing a review. Literally every single time they get our pizza order wrong (regardless of whether placed online or via phone). Even when the cashier compares the order to the baked pizza, they still don’t catch it. In addition, when I requested a refund (for the first time), the manager came, made no eye contact, did not acknowledge my presence, silently processed the refund and walked away. Very disappointing.

The pizza I ordered was wrong, but that’s not the point. I’ve had a hard time finding good service anywhere lately and I’ve been dealing with a lot of simple mistakes from simple people so unfortunately I was used to it and went in with a short fuse. The manager, Quinn I believe, heard me out and sorted the issue in a way I haven’t experienced in a long time. I left with more patience and peace than when I went in and the pizza was good, even the crust. So they have my business when I’m on this side of town! Give them a solid try. I’m glad I did
