We stopped here as a good stopping point in the way to our hotel. We found it by doing a Google search. We got here on a Sunday lunchtime and it was pretty empty. The food came out quickly and accurately. The staff were very nice. Bathrooms were clean. We ordered a chicken parm sandwich with peppers, cheeseburger with fries, a large meatlovers pizza, and 2 sodas. We are a family of 4 and we had to take some of the pizza home! Prices were reasonable. There was plenty of parking. We would definitely come back!

There is a sign under the menu that says “Neighborhood Pizza Done Right.” Couldn’t be more accurate. The pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. Cheesy, rich, and delicious. The sauce was incredibly flavorful. The artwork on the walls was pleasant, and the overall aesthetic of the restaurant was cozy yet refined. The bathrooms were very clean. If I am ever back in the area, I will stop back in.

I don’t know about this place anymore…. Been ordering here for around two years and there’s been a decline in the food and service. They offer a rewards program so when you order you can unlock coupons for a limited time for future orders but **BUYER BEWARE** they literally show zero effort in the food you decide to use the coupons they offer on. I ordered a sub and paid for extra cheese and wanted ranch/oil vingrette and they put two pieces of chicken in the large sub no sauce a pinch of lettuce/barley any cheese just an extremely skimpy sub and it’s because I used a coupon on it. Mind you I paid for the extra cheese and condiments and it says on my slip but they do it with anything you use the coupons on. My wife actually noticed it awhile ago when we would spend over 100$ having people over and use the 10$ off coupon the next time from spending a certain amount and it would show in the food we would use it on. Extremely odd to offer a rewards program but clearly show a change in quality of the food after using them. Why offer a rewards program for spending money and then make the food with no TLC and be all weird about using the coupon? Idk just extremely odd/consistent bad experience’s in my opinion but I think I’m all set with ordering from this place in the future. Time to find a new spot because when you call and try and talk to someone they just treat you like garbage. It’s a shame because this has been our spot for the last two years but after tonight I think everyone is all set with spending anymore money here. Just a word of advice take the rewards program down because you guys CLEARLY feel some way when I use what I’ve unlocked by spending a certain amount of money to unlock. Rewind a year ago this place was the go-to/ most consistent place to order from. Idk what went wrong but clearly it’s not the same place it use to be.

It was a great experience from start to finish. There is plenty of space to sit comfortably inside. The Christmas decorations made the place look like home.
I ordered a small sausage pizza. Loved every bite! The chocolate chip cookies are made in-house and are ohhh so good! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hope to come back soon. Merry Christmas

3 different times, they sold me cold, disgusting slices of pizza. If they don’t care about something as simple as warming up a few slices of pizza that have been sitting around for God knows how long… then NOTHING this place sells can be trusted.
You risk getting sick from this place.

Edit- after calling about the order, staff was very warm and recognized the issue. Offered a refund, and manager was very nice.
Hard to write this, as I’m not one for giving bad reviews, but this was truly bad.
Ordered a chicken avocado sandwich, large Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, standard oil and vinegar, 6 wings, and fries.
Chicken avocado sandwich- just look at the pictures. Avocado was clearly old. Didn’t even attempt to slice the avocado. Just cut in half and slapped on some bread. It’s also supposed to come with a balsamic dressing which was also missing. At least there was a sprinkle of about 5 pieces of lettuce.
Wings- ordered crispy, which they were, but somehow still cold at the same time.
Fries- cold
Delivery driver was great. He was friendly, and we enjoyed some casual conversation. We live 10 minutes away, and I understand food can go from hot to warm with a few stops along the way. This however, was cold.

Every Friday is our Family Fun Night — we order food, watch movies, and enjoy pizza with our girls. It’s my night off from the kitchen and something we all look forward to. Unfortunately, this Friday’s order completely ruined it. The fries were cold and soggy, the bone-in wings were missing, the chicken fingers were burnt, and the calzone was undercooked. One of my girls ended up crying because she only eats the wings, and we had to throw away most of the food. We spent $65 and couldn’t enjoy our meal at all. Very disappointing experience for a night that’s usually special for our family.

Super impressed with Graziellas the last few times we’ve ordered takeout. The steak and cheese subs are always great, the kids and cheese is yummy annd good quality. The special jalapeño popper pizza was very good and would totally get it again if available.

We have ordered from here a few times. Last night I ordered the Fish and Chips which I have gotten before and was satisfied. Not last night! Very little for portion size for the price and it was over cooked. I couldn’t even eat one piece it was cooked so much it was rock hard. Last time I ordered this I had a much larger portion and it was cooked perfectly. Very disappointed with my meal.
