I’ve been coming here for a very long time now, probably over ten years, and I decided to revisit after some time last week. I was not disappointed! My friend and I tried their daily special burrata salad, halibut, and of course our favorite basta, and it was amazing. I already want to go back for more!

We ordered the Elena pizza and Milano pasta — both were delicious, though not quite excellent. The flavors were enjoyable and the portions generous. I asked for some extra Parmesan cheese, and they provided it very generously, which I really appreciated.
It was a busy weekend, and while the staff seemed quite tired, the service was still decent. A few more smiles would make a big difference for the overall atmosphere. Still, a pleasant dining experience and worth a visit

Food – 4/5
Bruschetta – 4/5 – Fresh tomatoes and oil, and a nice crunchy toast. Not the best I’ve ever had, but still really good!
Shrimp pasta (can’t remember the name) – 4/5 – it was really tasty and creamy! I’d get it again!
Tiramisu – 4/5 – also creamy, and a nice touch to end the meal.
Service – 5/5 – Friendly staff and fast service! Didn’t have to look for a waiter, they always came to check on us.
Ambiance – 5/5 – Perfect for a casual date; not too fancy, but still has character and a good ambiance to chat.

Food is and has always been consistently 5/5. Pasta is always perfectly al dente. Grazie has been a local neighbourhood staple for many years.
That said, at a recent visit on a weeknight, the pasta / mains took far too long to be served. We had wanted to eat our appetizers alongside our mains – the apps were quickly served within minutes, but the pasta took 40+ mins after sitting down to be served. We had to ask numerous times where the mains were. By the time the pasta came, we had finished our apps completely. While the pasta itself was delicious, 40+ mins is overall too long a wait.

I had a wonderful time at Grazie yesterday. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, but we were greeted right away. After being seated, the staff adjusted our table so it would not wobble and made sure we were comfortable. Our server offered excellent recommendations, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We finished it very quickly.
Although our dinner arrived a little later than expected, our server immediately explained what was happening, why it was delayed, and assured us that our food would arrive soon. In the restaurant industry, or in any business, occasional delays are understandable. In this case, the wait was brief, but I was very impressed by the clear and thoughtful communication from our server. That is how you win your guests’ hearts, and the delicious food certainly added to the experience.
Even as we were leaving, two different staff members asked how we enjoyed our meals. Despite how busy it was, their hospitality never faltered. I am thoroughly impressed by the service, the food, and the atmosphere at Grazie, and I will certainly return and recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.

Easily the best pasta you can get at the $23 price point. It’s one of my favourite pastas in Toronto since 2017.
This time we tried the Napoletana and Basta which are my go-to dishes, and they were outstanding!!!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Italian pasta without going upscale!

We had a really great experience here. The pesto was amazing and the pizza was even better — absolutely delicious.
