“I ordered a pork torta and it was excellent. The bread was fresh and slightly crispy, the meat juicy and well-seasoned, and the sauces added the perfect touch of flavor. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere made me want to stay longer. Definitely a place I’d return to for another torta.”

The sandwich shop is quite popular and always busy, which can make for a hectic atmosphere, especially during peak hours. Despite the rush, the sandwiches themselves are tasty and well-prepared but lacking that much of the cheese in my grilled cheese (I expected more cheese). The salads are amazing especially the Grilled Pair Salad! The standout item, however, is the tomato soup—rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It’s the perfect complement to the sandwiches and almost worth the visit on its own. However, the popularity means sometimes a challenge finding a seat but the food was quite fast. If you don’t mind the crowd, the food is worth it!

I ordered a caprese sandwich. Caprese is mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. The basil is almost non existent in this sandwich. I basically got a mozzarella sandwich. There were only two slices of tomatoes. Oh and the cheap paper the sandwich was wrapped in got super stuck to the cheese and I had to pick all around the sandwich. The person I got lunch with has a more basil flavor on their Chicken Bacon sandwich than my Caprese.

The vibe was as if all the staff had just been scolded by their parents. Very weird and bummer vibe.

All in all a waste of my money. I had tried Graze years ago and was disappointed. They are still disappointing. Darn

I have only ever had the salads here but they look like they have some yummy sandwich options. The salads come with lots of different toppings. I like the cob with extra chicken no turkey and no tomatoes. The salad and ingredients are fresh. They are big enough for at least two meals for me. The meats are deli style which is not my favorite for a salad. Quick and easy pick up. Decent price for their grilled cheese kid meals and comes with a large sandwich chips and drink.

DID NOT DISAPPOINT! First time here: I was so excited to try their panini’s.. let’s just say, this place is my new crave whenever I go to Richland, I’ll be sure to stop here. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Panini, and my brother ordered the Jack Sandwich, he said his had a nice amount of spice, and he liked it allot. Mine was amazing, he tried it and still said his Jack Sandwich tasted better .. I disagree, but both Sandwichs were very good and so so fresh! We came here on a Monday, around 11:30, it was not that busy, and there were plenty of places to dine in and sit at. Overall it was very clean inside, and the staff was nice, no complaints there. I didn’t order the salad in the photo, that is what my friend had ordered, I didn’t ask her what she thought about it, but she said she always gets it here, so of course that means she likes it. The panini was so crunchy on the outside, yet the bacon was so packed with flavor, and the turkey was subtle but definitely brought a fresher taste to the sandwich, and I really like that they salt the bread. I will be back, this place is great, recommended to all!

Hmm… finally a place that gets it right. Very healthy, high-quality food and super clean. I’m very picky—European standards, you know—and this place truly impressed me. This is a real place to eat. Highly recommend!

Huge portions of delicious salads and sandwiches that are extremely affordable (especially for the quality and quantity). I love that they have a decent selection of unique vegetarian options as well. The veggie torta is so large I could easily split my meal with another person. Everything I’ve eaten here has been enjoyable so far and the ingredients have always been fresh (and heavily loaded).

LOVE LOVE LOVE the sandwiches here! The staff is very friendly and they have a large selection of sandwiches and salads at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend getting a sandwich at Graze instead of getting one at a big chain fast food restaurant. They pack their sandwich with all sorts of yummy goodness.

Our favorite place to stop for a quick lunch as we pass through Tri-Cities.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious…every time. Their homemade tomato basil soup is mouthwatering. The Ceasar Salad has homemade garlic croutons on top – amazing…coming from someone who usually avoids the croutons. And finally the sandwiches…they are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and crafted with aesthetic and taste appeal in mind.
Inside seating is available -the atmosphere is that of a chic deli-cafe. A great stop to appease your midday hunger.

I like Graze but they’ve fallen off recently
Their customer service, especially during the weekdays, is really poor. Their sandwich consistency has dropped off a cliff. I attached photos of their Banh Mi sandwich, which is about as unauthentic as you can get. Not sure if they’ve given up or are trying to save overhead, but I sure won’t be back.
