This is my first time in Norman, OK. After a 3 hour drive, I was in a desperate need for coffee. This was the first one that popped up, and my god. It’s a gem, delicious coffee, fast service, comfy atmosphere. Will definitely be a regular. You have to try it out, you wont be disappointed.

i’ve been all over the country for work, have visited hundreds of coffee shops, and nothing compares to how great this place is.

99% of the time you have to choose between coziness, coolness, and great coffee when it comes to shops like this. but gray owl easy has all three. i wish i could copy and paste them in every city i go to.

Lavender latte with oat milk and a caramel latte!!! This place has the best feels!!! The lavender syrup is house made!!! I’ve had the best time sipping my coffee, the place was packed but the service was gentle and was made with so much love!!! will always stop when I’m in town! Love this place! Vibes!!! ☮️

1st off, love the name. I really like owls & it’s on Gray St…so clever!! Lots of seating available when I arrived, but people did trickle in. I enjoyed an iced Caramel Latte, a Blueberry Scone, & a slice of Spinach, Artichoke & Gouda quiche. Scone wasn’t as sweet as I would have liked, but I could probably deal with less sugar anyway. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The coffee is great, strong and the flavoring is perfect not too sweet. I like to try their seasonal selections!

So I just moved into town and needed a new coffee house. This place is amazing. The coffee is light and airy and full of flavor. The pricing is very good and not ridiculous. There are a lot of good seating options. Easy access to wifi. This place is cozy and bustling with amazing vibes for lack of better terms. The staff is very friendly and kind. Also you get a discount if you bring your own mug! I will have to do that the next time I come to visit. This may be my new hang out spot next time I come this way for coffee. Come check them out. Also their merch is super cute. I got a cold brew. They also have alternative milk options which is a massive plus for me.

This place is such a treat to have in Norman. Not only is the coffee excellent, but the atmosphere is incredibly cozy. There is an assortment of furniture to use while you’re here whether you just want to drink your coffee and read the news or you’re planning to set up for a day of remote work. I have never felt awkward or unwelcome here. It’s a very short walk to the rest of Main Street if you want to grab a bite to eat as well. If you just want a snack, Gray Owl has an assortment of pastries on hand.

Good coffee in general, proudly displays the coffee they use and details about where it was sourced. The different types of coffee are well prepared and politely delivered.

Great decor/atmosphere, employees are amicable but not over the top friendly, which is incredibly refreshing. The music selection is varied and often obscure, but always of good quality; no overplayed mainstream pop stuff.

Aesthetically this place has everything you could want from a trendy, new age coffee shop: Big windows, high ceilings, cinder block/brick walls, Edison bulbs, and wood furnishings. No two chairs are the same, there’s a smattering of live (and well cared for) plants in every corner, and vintage bikes hang from the ceilings. So cool.

The baked goods are made in house from scratch and rotate spasmodically. If you come often I guarantee they will eventually make something which will end up being your preferred breakfast to have along with your coffee.

Overall, this is a great shop. If you’re looking for a place to become a regular, you’ve found it. Whether you want to study, get some work done, have a chill date, or hang out with friends, this shop is the place I’d recommend.
